Well, it's pretty fun. Nice touches here and there, surprising customization options for a JRPG, even though every character ends up being another variation of Goku, and the music is beautiful. Unfortunately, with only a few moments spent with it I have a nasty cramp on my left hand. The DS form factor is definitely bad for me.

If the MGS3 version doesn't have the MGS4 camera I'm not buying that shit. Other than that, I want it too. Wanna be able to finally play that tanker level on MGS2.

Supreme Court will be handing down the California V Game Industry (Schwarzenegger v. Entertainment Merchants Assn.) ruling sometime in the next 2 weeks.  There are only a handfull of cases left for them to release before they go to recess, and that is one of them. As I've said before, I don't think California has a chance of prevailaing.  I think it will be a 8-1 ruling with Alito being the lone dissent. But as I've said before, me and the court have opposite legal compasses this season, so who knows.

I had the same question.  Is it the Subsistence version of MGS3 or the original?

Okay, I know I'm flip flopping here, but after another few hours of Zelda 3DS I can say that the motion controls are indeed a viable alternative to wii pointer controls. I'm not sure I would like to play a whole FPS game with them but in terms of responsiveness and accuracy, they are suprisingly good. After using them enough it becomes kinda annoying to use the analogue nub for aiming.

So yeah, for Wii U, you have a viable alternative to pointer controls. It feels like two handed pointer controls basically.
