Some crazy major stuff just happened and I got the 7th member of my party. Happy

But I am worn out, I need a break from this game. So I think I am going to stop here and come back to it later.

I'm waiting for you guys to get to the same point as me till I return to it. I have this nasty habit of getting near the end of games only to not bother finishing them.

It's official: I am writing to Sega, convincing them to sell the Phantasy Star IP to Nintendo, so they can have Monolith create the next Phantasy Star RPG! The more I play, the more I see similarities in Art and Character designs. I think they are VERY talented when it comes to storyline, creating suspense and drama and Pacing. I got a huge Dark Falz vibe, too, the moment I met Zanza.

Imagine the possibilities!

It happens to me with RPGs or SRPGs a lot.  Most of the time though it's because I've been playing the game wrong, levelling the wrong characters etc and then I get to the final boss after playing for dozens of hours with no chance of beating it.  It happened to me recently with FFIV DS and with Fire Emblem GBA.  It is very annoying.

I'm more lazy. If I'm 5 feet from the finishing line I just count it as finished so I can move onto another game. Most of the time it's because of save points and repitition and stuff. Like there is no save point before the final boss, you have to do all this crap to get to him lose, then when you restart you have to do alllllll the pointless stuff again just to get back to the boss. That just pisses me off.

I beat it and raise your stake with playing it well over 60 hours after completion.

If I can find this game at a reasonable price I will get it. I've gone through two fairly epic-length games this year and after playing a few mini game collections I think I'm about ready for another.

I have more than 200 hours invested in this game, but I am glad if some others finish it. So we can talk about the ending without spoiling it.

You know, this 'other' place I frequent...  It lets you black out spoilers with a same coloured marking as the text.  That way you can't read it unless you select it.  It's pretty efficient when talking about games people are still playing.  I don't know who's the administrator here, but I'm just sayin'.

Also, I liked the ending, but not so much the final battle.

Sharia does suck, no need for her at all. So Iga what is your primary team?

I assume when I reach the point where I can battle the super monsters customizing your squad will be key.

Who the hell is Sharia? Nyaa

The covered up version of Sharla, duh!

Looking back through this thread, this is still the funniest thing I have ever read on this site. LOL

I find it cute that Edge thinks the nopon village is huge. LOL  Thats like a tiny spec compared to what comes next.

I need a zelda game with this scale. This is one of the most amazing worlds ever put in a game. Sadly most all quests suck. Zelda would acually put interesting things to do around the big world.

I am sure I asked this before but I dont remember, Iga am I supposed to be going back to do side quests constantly or am I supposed to power through the story and worry about all that later. About 99% of the side quests are against simple monsters where you just wander aimlessly looking for crap. I want to get to the good stuff where I battle those level 90 dudes.

Just plow through the story then, doing side quests will bump your level and make enemies easier.
