As Melia I got the boss to 2 thirds of her life bar remaining, rubbish. I switched to Riki and kept inflicting bleed and poison, got her to about 1 third of her life remaining. But Shulk died early and I couldn't fucking find him to resurrect, damned camera. Switched back to Melia with what I learned and got her with 1cm of life remaining But Shulk died halfway into the battle and I couldn't find him to resurrect - so full camera zoom out next time.

You guys your tips are great but lacking in nuance, for instance you can only topple by using the spear first then starlight kick in quick succession. You didn't mention that spells worked two ways, firstly increasing your stats then only damaging on discharge. Misnaming arts too was a problem. Anyhow thanks, I almost got this bitch. I'm going to try sealing her arts first next time immediately after toppling her.

Weird how the game - or the manual never really mentions that you have to spam the middle button to discharge attacks to deal damage. It looks like your arts are sealed to the uninitiated, but really you have to hit that middle button to use what you've already selected.

Shulk Riki and Melia wasn't cutting it. All Rikis attacks are slow burn or super weak. Shulk attracts aggro and dies frequently. Using Dunban and agility gems wasn't working as I only have level 4 gems. Went back to Reyn as he has 9999/9999 health. He drew the dragon, i toppled frequently and chain attacked that asshole.
