this looks like a spiritual sequel to overkill in the shameless grindhouse department. i like
___
Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
Hope the level design of HV gets much better. Grinder is already above Conduit on art and visuals and personality. And it will have a motion plus sword wiedling character.
Updates done.
And look at that PC news! Okay some of the news is old, as in before the weekend. But none of you PC hating guys have posted it. So I did.
Will be updating until I get the HapticMaster fixed, then I can finish my Master Thesis!
I really like the look of the new PS3. The size and shape is great, it doesn't look like a Forman Grill like the old model....no dusty crappy shiny plastic, and best of all they're using the good ol' PS lettering on it instead of the fucking SPIDERMAN crap.
So I played another surprisingly good demo today: MINI NINJAS! I DLed this just for the hell of it and had no idea that its made by IO Interactive, makers of Hitman and Freedom Fighters! This game really seems like a sleeper hit to me, lots of charm and personality and actually reminds me of Zelda a bit, especially Wind Waker. After playing the demo I went and read a preview on IGN from E3 and they seemed just as impressed. Anyone else played it?
This game is still $39.99 at Best Buy and Gamestop. So what a huge, huge bargain! Frys usually has very good bargains like these once in awhile. I think I found tons of stuff for a lot cheaper. For example, for the entire month of August, ALL PSP UMD movies were $5 each!
Oh yeah, they're also selling Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Echoes of Time for $17! Picked that up as well! I couldn't resist of course!

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
Stop it! Must stop reading impressions of great game... ahhhh!
That's cool. Hit me up when you've got any questions, I'll see if I can answer them anyway.
I did. I didn't get to that level (because that post didn't mention what level it is), and I did try the time machine. Though for me, I didn't get a choice as to where I went in time. I don't know if it's randomized or if you choose to go back into the past or future.
Both. It's generally fun to see all the stuff you can come up with, and it's always fun to see how many ways you can solve the one puzzle.
Dude, it's there to save you money on car insurance.
Yes I did. I got the demo thinking it was for some cheap downloadable game, I was expecting crap. The demo was actually huge and pretty damn cool. Combat is a bit simple, but I guess its made for kids. Great art style, I like the changing players mechanics. Cool demo.
So my brother lent me Alone in the Dark for the PS3. I played it last night and that has to be the game with the crappiest controls and inventory system ever. It doesnt know what it wants to be, its first person, its third person, it has over the sholder throwing but first person aiming. Its a complete mess to get anything to work correctly. The crappy thing is that the game isnt actually that bad, there are some cool ideas at work but its completely ruined by the shit controls.
Are you trying to resist urge to buy a 360?
No I have that urge, I cant buy one so it hurts to read about awesome games like SC.
I'd agree there. Lots of interesting and fantastic ideas, but the execution falls a little flat.
Updating . . .
. . . and done!
I recall reading a preview of this game at E3 (no idea where it was from now), but they were equally surprised that this was actually a good game. I haven't seen a demo for it since I'm a Wii owner, but I did go to the Nintendo Channel and watched a trailer for it the other day. Looks pretty funny, but more importantly it looks like there's a real game in here. Maybe not the most challenging thing in the world, but fun all the same.
Nintendo's Football Controller Patent
Why Sony Changed the PlayStation 3 Logo
I certainly prefer the new logo.
