Seriously nothing against India but they need to either put call centers in countries where English is a first language, or have some sort of eloquence test before hiring, because its shocking and painful to try and get help. I had the same problem with Orange internet call centres.
Microsoft doesn't care if you can communicate with these people. They figure you're only calling them for warranty repairs or to cancel XBL, neither of which Microsoft wants you to do, so they pay as little as possible for customer service. It sucks, but that's business.
I don't think I've ever bought a game out of spite. But this is one I am picking up for that reason.
If ESL employees on MS CS line are giving you too much shit just be an ass and ask in a harsh tone for a supervisor. Then bitch and moan at the supervisor. They will probably send you a free game with your system.
To be honest though as iconic and as talented as I think Michael Jackson and as shocking as I found his sudden death to be nothing has impacted me more then seeing that young woman from Iran, Neda, die. I really hope that it isn't forgotten or ends up being for nothing.

As much as 1up hates The Conduit I probably still won't get it. It's scored a 6.5 at GS, though. Now here is one game that I DO believe would've scored higher at GS on another console.
GS pre-Conduit: "the wii doesn't have enough generic FPSers."
GS post-Conduit: "the wii's generic FPSers are too generic."
It's a shame The Conduit is going to tank.
