29 Big Xbox One Games for 2016

Fast Racing NEO is awesome. And also awesomely hard. From the start. 50cc, this is not. Just made my way into the first cup in the medium speed category and I'm lucky to come in 4th or 5th. And that's when I've driven as close to perfection as I am capable of at the moment. One crash and I'll be down to 8th. On the higher speed settings the level design takes on a new dimension as well. You'll fly much further if there's a jump, which opens up a new piece of track in one course, but poses extra peril on another. All of a sudden the canyon you're racing in isn't just a good looking setting, but something that needs to be avoided at high speed. I'm loving it, but I don't think I'll ever be able to muster Hero mode, where your shield isn't infinite but shares your boost meter as in F-Zero. Oh, and where you have to finish in first... I'll be happy just being able to beat all the cups.
There's a strange quirk with FRN. It's by my knowledge the first game to suffer from lag in a single player mode. I'll be overtaken in the last split second before crossing the finish line, but my end of race result will show my earlier ranking.
Has anyone played Human Resource Machine? I didn't even know there was a new 2D Boy game out.
I love the look of it and the aesthetics but I don't know about the game. Apparently the gameplay is akin to programming in Visual Basic.
Need to get some trusted opinions from guys here before I decide to buy it. I loved World of Goo to bits but not so crazy about Little Inferno ... in fact I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed with it.
