I'll give them that! But that's it!
Yeah....fucking a that area is big...I haven't played the game in days and I'm scared to go back. lol
You will get used to it, break the tree down in little sections and go from there. I loved that area, the next one is big too.
THE SMS was demonstrably better than the NES technically. It was even ahead of it's time by having a splash screen (wich hidden game) if you started the system without a cart in it. Phantasy Star FTW.
Strider will come to Wii U 'if there's a demand for it'
I'm sure it's just me, but I really didn't like art style. It's basically just a less impressive version of the Marvel v Capcom 3 style (which I wasn't thrilled with the first time around). A nice pure 2-D artstye would have been nice. Oh well, I'm one Wii U owner who won't miss it much.
Yeah, that snail maze game was a cool little bonus game.
Phantasy Star was the first RPG I ever played, and I didn't understand how to play it. I got past the first dungon, but didn't know where to go next, so I sold it.
I would have asked him if his kids like Nintendo, if so, it's a no-brainer. If finances are a concern and he wants to play himself, then... eesh. Buy a PS4/XB1 for yourself and buy the new hamburger version of the Wii, put a U sticker on it and buy some games your kids have not played yet and tell them it's a Wii U.
I know it is an entirely gimped version, but if I saw one for $100 I'd HAVE TO GET IT.
Did you eject anyone?
You've played it since hundreds of times though, one of the most influential games of all time.
I don't know about "most influential games of all time," but the snail maze game was fun.
They have those here as well, but I sure didn't HAVE TO GET IT. Stupid product.
I think the next area is one of the coolest locations in the game, only bettered by the area after-after-after that (I think)
I didn't find the three intimidating either, I didn't pay much notice. All the places looked so samey I just didn't bother with much of the quests there. But boy, did I regret it when I wanted to complete the Giant King's Thomb quest
If I said that I was wrong, I meant "one of the"
I really like the ugliness of it.
I did finish that quest, it was great! The red pollen quest was also awesome. I think I did pretty much all quests besides one!
Just to say a quick hello to everyone. I don't have easy online access. Should be more regular in another six weeks or so. Hope everyone's been well. Not much to report on my end. Fulfilled a lifelong dream by visiting Detroit and witnessing some Tigers games (Cabrera is a god) ... and then Detroit filed for bankruptcy.
