Whoa.
I was looking forward to this and till now I had only heard positive things about it. I do dislike the combat in AA. I thought this game was far longer than AA?
You're such a graphics whore.
It looks fine to me, although a little dull.
So I guess we should all be buying Pushmo.
Also 1up have a good feature on Last Window DS and the end of CING
Also...... this is Namco's poster for advertising Soul Calibur 5 in Japan
So I saw the Girl Who Leapt through time again last night and it reminded me of how you bastards still haven't seen Summer Wars, the excellent film from the same director.
So I decided to spam you with media and info.
The film tells the story of Kenji Koiso, a timid eleventh-grade math genius who is taken to Ueda by twelfth-grade student Natsuki Shinohara to celebrate her great-grandmother's 90th birthday. However, he is falsely implicated in the hacking of a virtual world by an artificial intelligence. Kenji must repair the damage done to the virtual world and he must find a way to stop the artificial intelligence from causing any further damage.
REVIEW
"Richly detailed and beautifully written, Summer Wars is a film filled with the sprawling chaos of family. Always ready to pause to capture the small details of daily life, Summer Wars uses its scifi premise to provide some punch to the visuals and energy to the proceedings while - so subtly that you barely notice - Hosoda pulls a bait and switch job and delivers not a ripping scifi adventure so much as he does a truly human story, a story of hope and perseverance and learning to become a man. It is a charming and funny piece of work, one that has a spot-on understanding of human nature, one blessed with an extensive cast of stunningly detailed and authentic characters."
Do you remember the PSN hack?
What if we had accounts and avatars and a virtual world in which we could run our lives? What if you could control the account of a power station manager or a generals access to sattellites?
Oz is a world where this can happen.
And it just got hacked.
A young boy called Kenji is accused of hacking Oz and causing global chaos. In addition to clearing his name and saving the world, he also has to pretend to be the fiance of a school friend and deal with her delightfully eccentric family. In Summer Wars the resolute spirit of the steadfast Grandmother is called upon to fight and keep fighting to save those important to you.
This, is Summer Wars, a delightfully funny, racously entertaining, feelgood film. One that's relevant to our future and present lives where the danger of online identity theft are married to the abstract ecstacy of surealism in the virtual world.
Does Kenji save the world? Can he save himself from jail? Will he get the girl? You have to find out and see the spectacle of one of the best animated films I've seen in recent years.
you should definitely get pushmo/pullblox and also mighty switch force

Those concept art paintings/watercolours of the Skyward Sword concept art are really beautiful. GG that's the sort of thing you should look to buy for your room

Maybe AC is longer if you do a lot of useless repetitive battles and shit in the city area. But it still won't feel as good or as long as AA since beating small groups of random thugs is only exciting so many times. It needs cool boss fights and cool set pieces and environmental challenges that make you feel good about figuring them out, and AC is lacking in all those imo. And Batman keeps getting pwned.
The optimist proclaims we live in the best of all possible worlds
while the pessimist fears this is true.

Lol tits.
AC is longer if you do all the side missions. Plus there is way more extra content. The game overall is bigger, the main campaign may not be. And the boss fights are WAY improved over the first.
I need to trade some soldiers with somebody who has the Xbox version of Peace Walker. Travo?
I don't want any in return...I just have too many dudes and need to get rid of some.
If you don't read the news there's a major announcement - RE: Revelations Demo Coming to NA and Europe
BOO-FUCKING-YAH!!!! 3DS is getting demos and this is the one to start it off right.
Shit I missed you earlier.
MUCH clearer version of that comic I posted a few weeks ago!
D'AWWWWW!
You disaprove of commercial art, yet aprove of concept art. You are not a real art snob after all.
Buying the canvas oil paintings has proved to be a pain in the ass. I had to pay 30% more to get stretcher bars and now I have to mount and frame them and even buy in picture hooks and start drilling holes, screwing them in, then stretching the canvas etc. I wouldn't do it again. Normal glass pane frames and art on paper are the way to go.
Who to trust?
?
In Japan I think they got 6 or so demos, including MGS3 Snake Eater.
Back in November of 2011, the folks over at Smosh released a Legend of Zelda parody rap video. The video has been a huge success and is one of the most viewed Legend of Zelda clips ever on YouTube having garnered over 25 million views. In a recent interview with Robin and Zelda Williams, the two watch the rap video and give their reaction. Turns out Zelda Williams is such a Zelda fan that she actually already saw the video before, while it was Robin’s first time. Go ahead and make the jump to see their reaction video. I’ve also included the original video by Smosh.
