What made you buy Child of Eden? Is there any move support on PS3? Is it retail or a download?

It's retail.

I'm a fan of Rez, and of Tetsuya Mizuguchi in general (I liked most of his games I played, with the exception of Gunpey) so I wanted to get it.  The fact that it is launched at a price of £15 makes it a no brainer for me.  I'm sure I'll enjoy it enough to make it worth that much.

It does have move support but I don't have the move controller and I don't want to buy one.  I do have a friend however who has one and I may borrow it at some point to try it with CoE and a few othercompatible  games

gamingeek said:

yes, the X360 version I think was around £25 on launch, now about £18.  PS3 version is cheaper, I suppose, because kinect support was a supposedly big selling point

Hey guys sorry I havent been around, lots of dark souls and work. Anyway my grandfather has been getting worse lately, in and out of the hospital but mostly stable. But tonight it took a turn for the worst and he is in ICU and the doctor says he doesnt have much time left. I know you guys will give me support so thanks in advance. I am stuck at home with no car getting updates on the phone, it sucks. Anyway I 'll be around.

Sorry about your grandad Vader.  Hope you can cherish and make the most of what time, however little, you have with him.

I know it's no consolation but I have no recollection of either one of my grandfathers because they died when I was too young to remember

Vader, just visit him and say goodbye, that you love him and all that other mushy stuff you puny humans do. Just make sure that you have no regrets when he passes away. Oh and because you are a man, you are expected to not shown any emotions. If you have a hard time doing that, bang some nurses or drink some alcohol preferably both.

Yeah, enjoy the precious time you have left with your grandfather.  One of my grandfathers died befoe I was born and the other died three months after, so I feel like I've missed out on two special relationships in my life.

There's also a downloadable version on PSN, which is pretty damned nice.

Though I've yet to see a disc version here in Australia...which might be why...
