perhaps i could help.  i remember that the first game at least they were very careful with the localisations ... they even adapted a problem which used the 24hour clock because Americans can't understand it

And since the embargo's up, I can now talk about DJ Hero 2. And it's really quite awesome. For the most part, the remixes are fantastic - there's a greater focus on rap/hip-hop, pop and dance than the original, and it really works for the game. Haven't really tried the vocals stuff yet, so I'll get to that as soon as possible.

The Phoenix v Layton game works well because for a change they're taking two that are highly popular at this very moment. Layton is at the height of its popularity, and Phoenix is still a fan favorite. Granted he's not at the peak of his popularity, but it's not like they're dusting off Mortal Kombat off 10 years after the series was relevant.
