Awesome DSi impressions Leo. Oh man I can't wait until I get mine. I'll have to wait a bit longer then planned because I ended up spending money on other things. Hopefully they won't be too hard to find for the next little while.
... but i just can't stop thinking about the sexyness that is the DSi. Damn you Nintendo picking my pockets like this again

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
Well, at least you tried to stop the innuendo!
I needed to do a side by side comparison, just cause, you know, you just have to make sure it really IS bigger!
Turns out, I must have been overly excited last night; there's a bit more on the length, but girth wise it's pretty much the same.
Still, I love it just the way it is!
In my eyes, yes, but that may not be the same for you.
I travel A LOT so my portable is my most used system, and I am hugely excited by everything the DSi has to offer.
I have never purchased a 360 and probably never will. I bypass incredible games like Fable 2 because I just don't trust it's reliability.
I'm an "on the go" kind of guy, so DSi just suits ME more... Ya know?
Hola, Ask! No. I cannot believe all the impressions you were giving on games were given from a Phat! Wow!
The size of the screens, the slimness of the system itself, the absense of the hinges on the left and right, just the overall feel of it: it's a BIG improvement!
When you get it, if the offer is still there, I recommend you try Art Style Aquia. For a free game, it's good, simple fun! It shares some mechanics with Tetris Attack, so I'm sure you'll appreciate it!
No I don't think I liked it. I really didn't spend that much time with it though. Honestly I don't remember much about it, aside from those dreadful loading times. And I know that after playing through the first level that I remember thinking these load times weren't worth sitting through if all I was going to get was more crap like that level. It was the 3rd game I ever got for my PS2, and I picked it up due to several reviews comparing it to Harvest Moon. How that comparison ever got made I can't be sure.
Thanks Leo. You've brought an entirely new viewpoint to the DSi that I'm quite sure will never leave my head.
Damnit, stop raiding dumpsters for just one day!
Leo, no hinges for DSi. How does it open and close? Magic? Mind blown.
Anyone looking at the FFCC videos?

They make no sense, are completely out of context and are killing all sort of anticipation for this game.
Grab yours here!
Errrmmm... How do I explain?
I guess I shouldn't say "no more hinges"...
The shoulder buttons are no longer as big as they were. They now sit as part of the backing of the DSi... They are no longer the right and left top corners of the back of DSi... So the pieces of plastic that were thinner due to the size of the older buttons are a lot more structurally sound...
I guess I should say no more hinge "problems..."
That was something Nintendo purposely redesigned to get rid of that nuisance once and for all!
I heard they are showing the eco-system and behaviour of the monsters. Looks impressive!
Sorry. I'm just a pretty face; not so good at explaining things like this!
Take a look at this picture, it illustrates it a bit better than I can describe!
See the thin plastic between the shoulder buttons and the hinge? THAT used to crack. Notice how that is gone now?
I still see it in the pic. That's how my DS lite got cracked hinges.
You know I'm very tempted to do that with my account. I'm curious to see what rammifications there would be for a 8 year old account with over 4,000 posts. God knows I don't ever see myself going back there. I would have to save my reviews that I wrote first though.
I think my mod history shows how hard it is to actually get banned from Gamespot.
It would probably raise a few questions at the moderator boards, that's for sure.
As far as account suicides go, that one was pretty lame. Especially for a Lv31 account. One would say that with so many posts under his belt, the guy could have come up with something a bit more creative than what I post here on a regular basis. Fun ones include porn or hentai images and links (with innocent titles, preferably at late night hours), gruesome pics, browser hijacks ( <3 NoScript, btw) and the such.
I found about 2girls on an account suicide.
