Yes, sitting deskwards. Pretty much all the time.

My eating aint good, too many starchy things and not enough fibre. I'm addicted to starchy stuff. Plus I cant seem to eat post 6:30 pm or food sits in my gut and I cant sleep at all.

Hmm. Fiber is important and all, but a huge percentage of bowel disorders come from not drinking enough amounts of water during the day as well. You have two of the most important factors going against regular bowel habits, which are being immobile for prolonged periods of time and your diet. I don't know how's your water intake, but if you add that as well, that's like the holy trinity of constipation.

About the bolded part, how's that feeling you say? Mild discomfort, pain, heartburn, or something else?

Yeah I dont drink enough either.

If I eat after 6:30pm it just feels heavy, I can feed the food in my gut, like its not digested and I cant sleep.

Before thinking about underlying, occult causes of constipation, I believe a complete overhaul of your dietary habits is in order. You need to pay attention to these things for a good couple weeks before noticing any changes, and bear in mind that your issue is a chronic one, which will more likely than not take more time to respond properly.

  • Increase your water intake during the day. Only water, not soda or caffeinated drinks. Some fruit juice is OK from time to time, but the majority of your liquid intake should be comprised of water. How much? It depends on your size and weight, but I'd say a good 1.5 L at a bare minimum. Don't overdo it because that'll get you into trouble as well.
  • You have to move a bit during your daily routine. Like, for example, try to get off your desk for some 15 minutes two or three times during your day. Getting up and walking a bit will do wonders for a lazy intestine, and the increase in your movement rate will help bowel movement as well.
  • Try to eat more fruits and vegetables with high fiber content. Oranges are great for that, as well as whole grain products. If you tolerate milk, a bowl of cereal with high fiber content at either morning or night time could help as well.
  • Common, OTC products such as Metamucil (Psyllium) are useful as well, but are of little help if dehydration/diet issues aren't properly adressed. Try 2 teaspoons in a glass of water at morning and night time until you see any changes in your bowel habits.

You still haven't told me the details of your (probably abhorrent) daily routine. How am I supposed to help you sleep?

Where is doctor steel?

I have the following symptoms:

Excessive thirst

Frequent urination

Semi-constant fatigue

Sometimes aching legs below the knee joints, sometimes aching wrists

My uncle died of diabetes in his early 20s.

I have taken quite a few diabetes tests over the past few years, maybe 3 or so and they have come up negative.

Steel is not available right now, so Professor Iga is going to fill in.

The symptoms can only mean one thing: Pussy-ritus

When pussy-particles get in your bloodstream they can wreck havoc on your manlyhood.

It seems that you are near the terminal phase GG.

I suggest you swallowing larg ammounts of manicilline. For your case I suggest

Take twice a day

When was your last glucose test and how was it reported? (e.g. the actual blood level in milligrams). Also, how old are you?
