Well, she does have Gall Stones. She is meeting with a surgeon to schedule a surgery possibly next week. They also found a small mass on her kidney. The Dr. Stressed that it could be nothing and we laughed and joked about it. After all,this is a woman who seemingly gets kidney stones just by thinking about them. They want to do a MRI to check to see if it's grown over a period of time. If it hasn't, it's ok. We were fine at the Urgent Care, but I'm not going to lie, I broke down in the van. My wife has been a rock and I'm a blubbering idiot. It feels as though I'm totally overreacted, but once it started, I simply cannot stop it. I've got to get ahold of myself. The MRI is set for Friday morning.
Well, a cholecystectomy is a pretty straightforward procedure, so I'm pretty sure she'll be alright. My wife underwent one not too long ago. About the kidney stuff, just remember that an overwhelming amount of kidney masses are benign in nature (mostly cysts).
Hang in there man, be confident everything will turn out just fine.

Thanks, guys! It really means a lot. Steel, what you said about the mass calmed me down quite a bit. It's the fear of the unknown that gets me, but I have to remember, even if it's malignant, she can still do just fine with just one kidney. The chances of that are so low though and I need to remember that.

I find it hard to believe Guilty Gear has been around since the days of the PSOne, but... YUP!
Travo I've totally been where you are. Break down when you need to. Better than it all falling apart at a more inopportune time. But regardless I'm sure she'll be fine. My wife has had mystery stuff going on with her for the past two years, and after all the specialists and doctors we've been to, the one thing I've learned is women got some shit going on inside their bodies. Real weird stuff man. But most of the time, it's just weird and not life threatening.
I've tried Guilty Gear a number of times over the past 20 years or whatever it's been. I've never been able to figure it out or get into it. I even tried again a few months ago. I guess I'm just too deep into the Street Fighter hole to ever come out and try to figure out how to play a different fighter.
Yeah, I've discovered the same. That woman always has one ailment or another. Oddly enough, I'm the unhealthy one, if you judge by my looks and habits. I know this will turn out fine, but it's made me realize how some of my worst nightmares could turn out true in a blink of an eye.

While Blazblue has become my favourite fighter from these guys I am looking forward to this game.
I think I had an import copy of Guilty Gear on the Playstation back in the day. I had several import games for the system back then.
