LMAO
Hey guys, I just picked up a PS4 controller....best buy actually had some consoles as well. Was tempted for a minute...lol then I got visions of some kind of Metal Gear PS4 and my better half pulled me away.
I like the controller A LOT......its a huge huge improvement over the old Playstation pads. The only bad thing I can say is the triggers feel maybe a bit too soft. But its not a big deal. Other than that, it gives the Xbox pad a run for its money. Looking at pics it looks uncomfortable but its actually quite the opposite. In fact, this may be the most comfortable controller since the Gamecube pad. Really, it feels perfect in your hands. Its longer than the old PS pads so your hands feel like they can breathe more, and with the design of the new sticks and shoulder buttons it just has that comfy feeling like the Gamecube pad did.
Very happy with it.
If things pan out cash wise I may be able to pick up a PS4 sooner than I thought, but I still at least one retail game bundled for that price. Still not sure when the second wave of good games come out and if I'm even interested.
So whats the deal with the online models on PS4 and Xbox One?
Are they both pay to play online but you have access to everything else like talking to friends or downloading expansions?
I tried to find a chart that compares them. I know that both models still put strange things behind their individual pay walls.
Well MS used to put everything behind the paywall, Sony is more forgiving. I believe cross chat is free.
Red 3DS XL, docking Station and Zelda a Link between worlds, get!!!
Will get 3D Land soon for free.
Thanks Supreme AC!
Oh man the doctor's office I am in (SF) is of a former UCLA quarterback who remained friends with a lot of NFL players. His office is full of memorobilia, signatures from loads of famous people. But the best thing is that Samuel L. Jackson is one of his patients! I see pics of Jackson all over, I want to test him!!! I just want him to curse at me.
raises paw, I finished the second 1 too. Personally I liked them both but the first was better.
Mario penis, lol.
It even has P's around it to make sure you know what it is.
Damn I want a free Wii U for flying, wtf. Oh speaking of flying I was on a Virgin Airlines flight from LA to SF last night, have any of you flown virgin? Its like the hipster airline, the ticketing center is like a club, there is music, cool lighting and all the attendants are young and have ipads. The plane is bathed in purple light and all the employees look like the came out of a gap commercial. Even all the passengers were young hipster types.Great airline, you get your own TV, comfy chairs and an awesome pre flight instructions music video.
I am here, looking for the Chinese dudes son
^ I saw that post with no picture, I was wondering why you are looking for a chinese dudes son, lol. Man that game is so good, I need to replay it, all stealth this time.
Awesome! Great purchase. I was wondering for a moment what the point was in getting a docking station but then I realised you had to buy a charger separately anyway so I get you got a boxed charger-docking pack.
3D Land is not a great Mario game but it's a great free game

What the...
Anyway, yoda is definetly stalking us. I saw his clone working at enterprise rent a car yesterday. Same look, same glasses, sounded alike. It was creepy. Be on the look out, there is probably a Yoda around you too.
So it's been one whole day without playing any Dark Souls. I did experience some withdrawal. And I did think about playing (in fact I started making scenarios about more stuff I wanted to do etc) but I dismissed those thought.
I thought about what I wanted to start playing next. And it's a pretty big ask. Needless to say nothing was exactly jumping out from my shelf. I very nearly started Rayman Legends but I didn't buy that because it won't fit on my U HDD.
So as I was pissing about with the Wii U interface, mostly deleating stuff I will never use like Love Film, or Youtube etc. I saw the Little Inferno icon (the only downloadable purchase I have made for the U so far) and I though hmmm, I may as well...
I played for about half an hour or so. What on earth is this thing? It's certainly not a game (by Vader's definition or any other). What's the objective? To watch stuff burn? To tick off the combos? (that's what i've been trying to do but it's not very satisfying). I'm kind of annoyed and disappointed. I mean ... I love the aesthetics, the music, the art, the meta-humour, and the world 2D boy works within (which I fell in love with when I played the masterpiece that was world of goo)... the post-modernism of it all - but they seem to have forgotten to include a game here.
What did everyone else think? I think at least GG and Vader have played this, perhaps Robio too.

I'm about to leave Hengsha for good. How much longer?
Yeah I think Vader and me both enjoyed it, you solve riddles by matching stuff to burn. Neat little time waster with an awesome ending. I think we both reviewed it too.
I kind of just hung in there to see where it all was going. The ending was very good, and wouldn't have been the same without the amount of 'game' that precedes it. I'm glad I experienced it, but I wouldn't say I had a enjoyed playing it.
Yeah I never played it. Not too sad that I didn't. Despite loving World of Goo, Journey burned me on the "non-game" and seeing that word used to describe Little Inferno was enough to get me to stay the hell away.
I don't have gold anymore & I can still talk to friends and download whatever I want, I just can't play online. The reason I ask is because there's huge chunks of time when I have no desire to play any online games, except for the launch periods around stuff like Titanfall or Destiny or whatever. So if I can do everything else but game, I can just live on those 1 or 2 months free cards they always dish out for Gold or PS Plus.
Congrats. Red would look nice.
Thought so. Giant Bomb guys just confirmed they got their XB1's for free (had to buy PS4's).
