Played only one game this weekend:
Everyone else?
Beat: Perfect Dark Zero, GoldenEye 007 and Dragon Quest 4.
Played: Jeopardy (NES), NBA JAM (SNES), Extra Innings (SNES), NHL Pro Hitz (PS2), Riveriera (PSP), Boom Blox (Wii), Dragon Warrior III (GBC), Beetle Racing Adventure (N64).
Currently playing: Sword of Hope 2 (GB), Donkey Kong Country 3 (SNES), Perfect Dark (N64).
I've been playing Paper Mario: TTYD. I'm now 21 hours into the game, and Captain 'Stache has just started his journey on Keelhaul Key in a quest to find the fith Crystal Star.
What else?
Working my way through the third tier of events, both in A and B spec modes. I just did a rage quit after my idiot bspec driver fucked up a race, while driving this car.
That has to be a rough draft. She still has most of her clothes on.

Been playing some DKC Returns and New Super Mario Bros. Wii! Playing these reminds me how much I love 2D/2.5D platformers. They're just pure fun, love them!
Also tried out some Super Mario All-Stars. I'll be honest, I love the collection but I guess I should've kept my expectations in check since this is a straight port of the old SNES game. Bad midi sounds/music, muddy graphics, no widescreen, etc. But underneath all that are 100% masterpieces. I guess it's really just a nice collection to have in my library.
The artbook/history book is slightly a letdown. I was hoping for more. I haven't heard the soundtrack yet but I hope there's some orchestrated music in there.

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
Just saw that news/rumor about MGS Peace Walker may head to PSN. That's what Kojima should've done in the first place!
It's still one of the best PSP games. It should be on PSN since people can now play multiplayer online. Also, they can add ton more levels to it. And the controls would be 50x better.

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
I wanted it ,but the other MGS games on PSP turned me off of any future games on the PSP.
Why did it turn you off? Hope you don't mind me asking.
Was it the controls? The mission-based structure?
If it was the controls all I can say is that Peace Walker's controls work really well on the PSP. I agree, the controls in Portable Ops was horrible. It was so hard to play it. But Kojima really made it work incredibly well in Peace Walker.
If you haven't yet, you should check out the demo. That's what sold me on the game after playing it.

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
I didn't like the card based games. I just wanted an old fashioned MGS game.
I understand and agree with that. I was letdown with MGS Peace Walker's focus on missions and multiplayer. I loved MGS3 and MGS1, so I was also hoping for a linear story-structured MGS game on the PSP.
Still, even with that disappointment, I think Peace Walker is one of the best PSP games and worth having and playing. The demo was enough to sell me. The third person shooting, graphics, and controls felt so good on the PSP that it was enough to convince me to get it.

Iga.
this weekend i have mostly been playing yugioh duel transer, and kingdom hearts 235-2
FFIV on the PSP? Cool. The after years sounds good.
But after playing the SNES, GBA, and DS remake...I think I'll skip this one.

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
Played Sonic Colours, up to the end bit. Enjoyable arcade like game.

My gaming still consists entirely of zoning out to car games for hours as it has done for the last 2-3 weeks or so. So it's been a lot of this:
I'm Level 50 (max level) now and should be finishing season 5 soon (out of 6). I haven't even bothered with the tuning and modifying etc nor with creating decals and fancy paint jobs which are apparently very big aspects of the game. I don't even bother buying cars since it seems the game is kind enough to gift me at least one awesome car in every category so I have been able to enter all events and be competitive without needing to buy anything since the very start if the game. Haven't bothered with the online yet and I may not.
I also played several more hours of this, for good measure:
I'm up to level 16. Did almost everything in the first two classes of events in A-Spec. Got the licenses up to international b. I haven't bothered with B-Spec yet, not sure I will. I created a driver but I'm not sure how to play this management game. Not sure I want to know either.

You guys seen Goldeneye SOurce 4.1?
Yoda if you want a straight remake this is it.
Goldeneye Source is pretty good. It isn't the exact same thing as the Nintendo 64 version but it is still competent. And I don't know about this one but the previous ones were multiplayer only.
Also I didn't mean for "Night of Sacrifice" to be BIG NEWS.
