Also, since it's from Bizarre Creations, the guys who did Blur, I'm sure the racing parts will be good. You know what Bizarre Creations said to Activision when they pitched Blur:

Anyway, I'm really hoping Goldeneye AND Blood Stone turns out to be good Bond games. For some reason, I'm craving for a really good Bond game for this gen and I have a lot of optimism for these.

The footage looked very promising.

I just love the semi-fantasy, Indiana Jones-esque setting in UC2. And it has Elena Fisher, which always makes it a HUGE plus!

You can't get Wetsuit Elena without buying some DLCs!

 I think i'm liking the brunette better than Elena for the time being.  she is more ... dishy.

not sure about multiplayer.  i have some issues with it.  my connection is not really great and i've had issues with lag previously.  more importantly, i'm not sure i have the stomach for competitive multiplayer.  i think it's too stressful and too much like a sport.  i think i would enjoy co-op mutliplayer or even playing competitively if it were against friends and people I know, but for the most part nowadays i'm a solitary gamer

also is the multiplayer gimped or extremely limited unless one buys the DLC?

No. You should still be able to enjoy the game but you'll be missing out on some skins and cool maps. Also, the DLC comes with some co-op features as well.

As for lag, that's too bad since I didn't experience problems with it when I played.

But the multiplayer is there once you beat the game and you just want more Uncharted 2 action. It's a nice reward and extra value it gives to the game.

And I can understand if you get intimidated with online shooters. I was too and just hate losing. But once you get into the competition, like a good pick up game with b-ball and you start busting threes, it gets to you and you want to just tear it up. Once you get a lot of kills in a few games, you just want to keep going. Of course there are games when you get killed and nothing seems to go right. I think I'm pretty good at online shooters but I know I get my fair share of beat-downs, expletives, and controller throwing sessions. But I like that though, which is why I keep playing!

Oh, and I prefer blondes and girl-next-door, type of women like Elena!

It's great! Shank feels like a animated cartoon in action and I just love the artwork. Scott Pilgrim is cool, like a really good SNES game. I love the nostalgia feel to it.
