This is encouraging. After finishing the first game in the series on the PSP recently I've been looking forward to playing through the rest of the series culminating in the 360 chapter... I hope the Japanese public like it as much as Famitsu did.

Glad you're liking it. And yeah the drunk parts are amazing. It's really great game but overall I found it to come just short of reaching the same status of Dragon Quest VIII, Odin Sphere, and The World Ends With You. I'd personally rank it the same as Skies of Arcadia as being "oh so close to perfection/prime but missed it by a straw due to a significant as well as a few little minuscule problems". Maybe your expereince will differ.

How about a game influenced by the musical stylings of Ringo Starr? They could antropomorphize him and include him as a Sonic sidekick - Ringo the Dingo. Story writes itself.

Yeah that Sega Ultimate Genesis Collection is awesome. They're not all grade-A quality games but a lot of them are plus the sheer size of the collection makes it worth while. I'll certainly be grabbing this real soon.
