Also, I love the GC controller. The ergonomics of the GC controller are simply unmatched, even to this day.
Yup I totally fucking agree....most comfortable controller ever made. Some controllers claim to mold to your hands, this controller really did. The shape was PERFECT, but like usual Nintendo had to go and fuck it up with shitty buttons and a lack of them.
If it was like THIS, it would still be the best controller today:
You know, a normal 2nd analog stick.....click in buttons on the sticks, two bumper buttons instead of one, a select AND start button, etc. I was bored one day and actually emailed this to Nintendo and they replied that it was a "great idea". Lol, no shit. Make it happen.
The lack of buttons on the Cube pad was the whole reason Metroid Prime controlled the way it did. They didn't have enough buttons to map everything, so they were foreced to use the c-stick for weapon swaps instead of using it as a camera option like a normal first person game. That was the only thing I never liked about that game. If they had an extra bumper, you could have just tapped that to make the d-pad switch between weapon and visor modes, and free up the 2nd stick for camera use.
Dota 6.82 update was released yesterday. Huge changes to the map, a new rune and lots of ability changes make for a whole new approach to each lane and roaming.
But do you have a GPU with 4gig of RAM?
