I felt really bad the first time I killed the bear monster. He was cute. He just wanted to eat his honey and be left in peace.
Yeah my local bar (well not entirely local) is pretty cool. If you ever make it down to Orlando you need to go... not that playing a dozen arcade games and drinking beer really justifies buying a plane ticket. Speaking of BART this is their new art exhibit.
It's something called Junkbots, but really I think the name was an excuse for some guy to paint 20 different portraits of Clank.
Not that I'm sorry how Square turned out (until this generation anyway), since they did come up with many of the greatest RPGs for 3 or 4 generations of gaming, but I wish they hadn't completely abandoned the games they made when they were trying to push the early concept of 3-D gaming. Rad Racer and 3-D World Runner were NES favorites of mine. As much as I'd like to see new installments or even just simple remakes, I'd be very happy with just Virtual Console releases of those 2.
Shovel Knight GOTY.
I need that NOW!
"Prepare for justice... Shovel Justice!"
This year has been so much better than 2012 already. 2012 maybe the worst year of gaming in a long long time.
You know I was thinking about that while I was in the bathroom today (after I was done masturbating mind you). 2012 was a pretty rough year for gaming. 2013 on the other hand may very well end up being the best year in a decade or longer. Look what's come out and then look what's still due out. And who knows what will see launch with the PS4 and Durango. Gonna be an expensive year.
Wii U tablet porn?
Yes, it's going to be one hell of an expensive year for me too. I want to go back to my old gaming apathy.
You realize when you say things like that, this is all I take note of, right?
Aspro.
I have been playing:
Might And Magic VIII: Day Of The Destroyer, Castlevania Dawn Of Sorrow and I finished off Dust: An Elysian Tale.
This is just a fighting game right? Its not an RPG?
My backlog is so giant that I don't even notice a bad year anymore. What WERE the top 10 big games last year anyway?
I'm finishing up Tomb Raider, which is awesome...in the middle of replaying Bioshock, and probably gonna start playing Resident Evil 6. I'm going on vacation in a few weeks so I'll save Bioshock Infinite for that.
Skyrim, what else? I almost shit my pants today though. I was getting CTDs consistently without the game even booting up. I had to deactivate all mods and then reactivate them one by one before finding out what the problem was. I inadvertently uninstalled a bug fixing mod that was required to be kept along other two. I reinstalled it with a newer patch and presto. Shit's fixed. I still spent all afternoon fixing my mess, though but I don't mind. I find installing mods is quite entertaining.
In other order of findings, a dead necromancer keeps showing up at my doorstep.
And of course there's only one sensible thing to do.
I played some Serious Sam 3 with Aspro. By which I mean he died too many times, and I had to play through the entire level for him.
Told ya.
I played a good chunk of Dead Space 2. It's an awesome game. Loving it every bit as much as the original even though the story is not as good etc but it's expected for a sequel. I played non-stop until I got stuck somewhere in chapter 6 or 7 where I have to deal with a flood of necromorphs with pretty limited ammo. I think I need to backtrack to the last vending machine and buy some rounds.
___
Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
Yeah, I was not a fan of Dead Space 2 after having played the first one and Extraction. I'm not bothering with the third.
