Just had another HOLY SHIT! game pre-cognisance moment while playing Skyrim!
I was approaching the College of Winterhold when I encountered Faralda at the bridge leading to it. As I was walking towards her, seeing her for the first time, the first thought that popped into my head, before she even spoke was "The Boss" from Metal Gear Solid 3. Something about her face or the way she was standing or SOMETHING reminded me of the Boss...
...then she spoke...

I think Molag Bal's voice actress was the same one than the one for Dragon Age's Shale.
I can't imagine there's THAT many voice-actors where you wouldn't hear the same people across games (look at Nolan North) --BUT-- the thought of The Boss popped into my head before Faralda spoke... and check this out:

Trying to finish de Blob 2 up so i never have to play it again. SF3 keeps distracting me though, as is the search for a new family dog.
It must be strange for you guys to be playing Witcher 2 without experiencing the first game and knowing the personalities you're dealing with from that.
I don't think I have EVER started playing any franchise without starting from the start. Well, a story based franchise anyway.
Too many names and people being thrown at me, I have no clue what is going on. Some people are trying to kill kings and you were maybe involved. You need to clear your name and get your memory back. And Trish is amazingly hot. That is all I got so far. Oh and there is a dragon flying around for no reason and some King wants to buy a land, I dont know.
Yeah you'd be enjoying it so much more if you had played the 1st game (which you should because its just as good). I honestly don't understand why they would release Witcher 2 on consoles and not Witcher 1. Pretty dumb if you ask me.
Trish is way hotter in this one than she was in the 1st game though. I had a different love interest in the 1st game, sexy little redhead girl.
Didn't play that much this weekend. A little bit of Sly 2. Seems considerably longer than the first game. Still fun though

What do I always say about cel-shading? Take any popular franchise, make the next main game cel-shaded and watch the sales take a hit.
I'm on the very last mission of Fire Emblem Sacred Stones, nobody has died and I have picked up all the legendary weapons and more importantly, this time I have S ranks so I can use them. Thouroughly enjoying the game but when I hit like 26 hours in I wanted it to end. Too much of a good thing still makes you want to have something else.
Had a busy few days, getting plaster dust out of my clothes, frigging builders chipped a brand new chest of drawers and somehow managed to lost some of the fixings so its falling apart. Oh and they ripped up the carpet, for no reason.
