Steam Box is a MEGATON. And it is totally real, we just dont know the details.

Honestly they're not photo realistic, and have been set up to look better than they really do by using really, really crappy photos.

Aiming for photo realism is completely retarded, though. You don't need to have an unrealistic depth and perspective (as you do in photos) in a game becuase you're not working through a lens. Still, tell that to the great painters who traced camera obscura projections lol.

I have no interest in Valve making any kind of console for Steam...I already have a badass PC that runs Steam, more than enough. Instead of doing that, they should consentrate more on making something like Half Life 3. Or maybe even Half Life 2 Episode 3.

I have no idea why a console for Steam would be a good idea at all. Steam has catered to an audience that doesn't want consoles for their entire existance. I don't think many of them want to go out and buy a console now.

I think its just like that alienware PC, like a high powered PC in a small box that can hook up to your TV.

I can see your point Big D, but this sounds like it would be pretty much BE a PC, just really stripped down. I still think you'd be better off building your own (its really not that hard).
