Journey (A) Review
It's the kind of game that keeps you thinking when you walk away, since it gives enough breadcrumbs and imagery to spur theories that will almost certainly fill blog posts for years to come.

So I spent several hours playing SSX, and I don't like it much. It's not bad, but It moves waaay too quick for me, the over-the-top personalities of the characters are gone, and the music just sucks! OMG does it suck! It does not fit the game at all (IMO). At least it has a custom soundtrack feature.
Read my last post!
I'll have to check that game out, lol.
Yeah, but you've never been a big fan of games like that. The person doing the review obviously is. There's no difference between what you're doing and they are beyond a matter of taste.
Don't try and play it like Killzone 2. It's basically the complete opposite. Play it quickly and never stop moving. You don't really need to give any thought to where you're going either because the maps are so limited. And don't play tactician when just starting out. Play something where you don't have to worry about anything but shooting such as Infiltrator or soldier.
It does suck, though. Playing well won't change that.
I STAND ALONE!
Don't take this the wrong way, but you're gettin' OLD Hamster!
If SSX is too fast for you, might as well put down the Dual Shock now and pick up some Mah Jong tiles!
It's a shame. I was looking for someone to compete against on the Ridernet.
Guess I'll keep looking.
**The only thing I have against the game is it seems to be less colorful than the others. The others made great use of colored lighting and effects. While this game does have glowing suits and flares, the use of colored lighting is kept to a minimum. I know that is the point sometimes, as in the Deadly Descents, but still... I actually don't mind the music. The one thing you can count on with EA is they'll find somewhat lesser known bands to plop onto their soundtracks. I look at it as listening to music I normally wouldn't. The game actually isn't what I was expecting from an SSX title, but I am addicted nonetheless.**
Yeah, I know I'm getting old. I honestly don't think I have it in me to keep gaming for much longer. I just don't have the patience or drive anymore. That's not a bad thing, really. Other aspects of my life are starting to replace it, which is a good thing.
Good point on Journey. Yeah I think I agree with you on Killzone 3.
Best Judas Priest song ever. Back in their late 90's, style of mixing in some Pantera influence without Rob Halford.
That race is awesome!!
I figured you would like it.
EA strikes again! I provide them with what they ask for, and they try to tell me the info in incorrect:
Hello Jason,
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts again.

So then, after I once again send them the info and explain to them how Ubisoft had a similar problem fixed in 5 minutes instead of 5 days, I get this email:
Hello Jason,
Thank for providing requested information,
I have forwarded your information to our Account Security Team for further assistance.
The team will be reviewing your account for persona(Gamertag) transfer.
So I would request you to please be patient

And they don't even give their full names.
Cataloging the world's pornsites doesn't count.
I beg to differ.
Preparing for your new website, ThePornPress.com?
11 beers in I decide to play this:
And read about the Scully Box:
Gillian Anderson is much shorter than David Duchovny — estimates of their actual heights vary, but there’s roughly a 10″ height difference there. So when the pair costarred on The X-Files, filming conversations posed a problem; getting both of their heads in a standing shot would have had Anderson talking into Duchovny’s chest (perhaps not the worst fate in the world, but not great TV). The solution is delightful: the Scully Box, which is a variant of the typical apple box. Anderson stood on a specially-designed box that elevated her just enough to have a TV-normal conversation with Duchovny.
I even had a beer tonight and I dont drink. I dont want to play anything though, played enough Killzone 3 today.
I played some more Mass Effect. Novaria or whatever is where I am at. Mrs Aspro finished Fallout New Vegas and Arkham City. I played Darius Gaiden on the Saturn. It's been a while in Mass Effect since I've had any conversation of meaning, it's mostly been shooting for this level, which is where the game doesn't shine so much.
