I don't see why crazy rumours would have a positive effect on the stock. Millions of 3DS systems on shelves would be obsolette and unwanted if they came out and announced a radically different version with add ons for the old systems to get up to spec. It would reek of a desperate and completely undesirable action, essentially another attempt at a system launch after an already failed attempt, rather than actions showing they're on top of things to ensure continued success. More Sega CD -> Sega 32x (-> Sega Saturn, lol) than DS -> DSL. The lost trust from consumers, those who already purchased a 3DS and those who were considering it for the future, would be very, very hard to regain. The stock was on the rise before you bought any I think.

I think that when the website that broke both the Vita and Project Cafe story tells us that they have information about the 3DS that is quite extraordinary that that is "big news".
You then came up with some crazy conspiracy theory about why the story was published in the first place. I was saying that I did not care about that, but that it was still big news.

I was in the Philadelphia Art Museum (the one which Rocky runs down the steps of). Didn't even realise it was an earthquake ... I thought they were moving furniture or someone very fat was walking on the floor above
