I checked on Major Nelson's site and it seems to be available world wide. Also some posters have mentioned that many stores will have Alan Wake on sale boxing day for $20. Awesome! I'm going to pick up a copy of this game now. For the $10 I spent renting it the game will have cost me only $30, $35 with the dlc now. Sweet. It's an excellent game.It earned him his Porsche.
Thanks for the heads-up, you are right. They were on for 200 points each. That's about £2 each. If they're as long as any of the six episodes on the disc then it's pretty good value

Hmm. Well a quick look at Metacritic shows a 78 critic score and 6.0 user score for The Writer and a 75 critic score with a 6.8 user score for The Signal. So .... hard to say what you'll get out of them.Yesterday, for under $20, I picked up: Grand Theft Auto IV, Dark Void Zero, King's Bounty: The Legend, and Darksiders.

Activision appears ready to sell Bizarre Creations, so while we believe you haven't seen the last of the Blur developers, it’s not likely you’ll be playing anything new for them for a while.
Meanwhile, Black Rock owners Disney seem to be at a crossroads with their larger video game plans, and it looks like Disney is going to focus more on mobile and online games. This appears to leave the talented folks at Black Rock and their future in the console-based racing genre up in the air.
Black Rock and Bizarre made two of the best arcade racers this gen. So it sucks to read this.
