yeah i noticed it at somewhat reduced prices very soon after launch.  not low enough for me though yet.  i will get it for a tenner.  

it's sad though i honestly wouldn't mind if it had sold better, even if it meant waiting longer for it to find its way to the hobo bins

i played the demo which was nice enough though kind of uninspired and a little bit by the numbers.  like a poor man's ratchet and clank or uncharted.  still, like i said, i'm sure i'll get it at the right price somewhere down the line

I'm waiting for the Taiwanese animation of the story.  Geez I wish I had the production tools, I'd make one myself.  Showing GG getting the package, then playing it, then throwing controller, then getting cell phone and taking video, then sitting on the toilet (with pixelation), then a posting on NeoGaffe and on and on...

I would then make the prequel.  Where the once great GG let the famous exodus from gamespot where freedom of speech was suppressed and  the Wii was constantly being mistreated and ridiculed.  Leading the story up to the start of your movie ... where GG turns into Darth Vader the "it looks like a psp game" troll

Wtf... The graphics look OK but, pointer aiming in a flight game? I don't think it's on rails so... Wtf... Where are the bullets coming from? It's like another plane is following yours, stealing your kills, lol. And the camera angle is awful (especially when it goes so far) if you can't at least select a diferent cockpit cam or something....

Just read the Gamesradar review.  Got to admit, the review claimed "cheap deaths" over and over and over so I'm wondering if the reviewer just sucks. Anyone remember when "challenge" used to be something that people liked in games?

EA has fired two executives and restrctured their sports divisions:

Following a disaster that left EA's high-profile basketball sim NBA Elite 11 on the cutting room floor, the publisher has completely reorganized the way it develops games in its EA Sports brand, dismissing two executives in the process.


According to our sources, all EA Sports development going forward will be driven by one core team that will oversee asset creation and sharing across multiple studios, much like is being done for Dead Space 2.

As part of this change, the general managers from the company's Tiburon and Canada studios -- Philip Holt and Moira Dang -- have been let go.


When asked to confirm the change, EA responded with the following statement:


We're making organizational changes to our development team at EA SPORTS that will be better for the franchises and better for our people.


We continue to proactively evolve our team to better position ourselves with improved product quality and growth in revenue for our shareholders, to share technology and lower our development costs, and to pioneer new innovation in digital experiences for our consumers.


As part of this transition, we have eliminated the site-based GM roles at EAC and Tiburon.


Our sources tell us that another effect of this structural change is that each sports franchise, as opposed to studio, will have an assigned GM (described to us as "the Captain of each ship") that will report directly to Andrew Wilson, Senior Vice-President of EA Sports, who handles the development portion of its sports game business. The oft-quoted Peter Moore will remain president of the EA Sports label.
