Feh. Where's my portable Metroid Iwata? And none of this Hunters/Pinball crap. A PROPER Metroid game where I'm exploring a world in 2D and I lose all my powers at the start and have to get them again.

You can put all the game play issues aside ('cause they really aren't all THAT bad) and just immerse yourself in one of the most heartfelt games you'll EVER play!
Control is a bit wonky, yes. Especially in tight spaces, Seto seems to spaz-out and not know what direction he wants to face in. Inventory control is a teeny-tiny bit cumbersome, yes --BUT-- campfires where you can organize your bag and suitcase are NEVER all that far off. These complaints, you know the ones that all the AMERICAN reviews seemed to focus on, are MEANINGLESS. You will find yourself so emotionally invested, You will gaze in awe of the colors and attention to little details every where, you'll be sooo intrigued as to finding out just what happened in this world... All the little nitpicks will fall away and you WILL be entranced!
Somebody else HAS TO try out this game here! Don't BUY it if you are afraid. RENT IT! It's a game you could probably (and would probably WANT to) finish in a weekend!
i did buy it. full price too. i got confirmation that it was shipped, can't wait for it to reach me. thanks for re-affirming my purchase. i bought this ahead of many other much more highly rated games i want because i feel very emotionally drawn to it.
