Played this last night.
Yuck, horrible. Visually the environments are allright, nice and colourful, large, smooth frame rate, nice art. The in game character models though are PS1 rejects.
But forget that, the game is unbelievably linear so far and the controls are so convoluted. They want you to use motion, only use it for everything just about. The controls in Bully Wii are better and more measured IMO.
I'm only on the training stage though.

Updates done, jeez, it took 2 and a half hours to delete all my SD card saves/VC/WiiWare games and re-download all of the games. The download speeds are okay, its clicking through all the menus damnit.

Well this just sucks. . . I got my year end bonus from work today (yes they're a little late, but that's how our pay cycles go). It's a little over $1,000. That's enough for a Playstation 3 isn't it? Hmmmmm. . . the temptation is driving me crazy. There are now enough games on the system that I can easily justify the purchase. Unfortunately I wouldn't have the time to play it. Right now gaming has also become a strictly weekend thing for me, and I have a Wii backlog building and it's about to get worse.
God dammit. . . this sucks.

I'm thinking about pawning off my 360 to my bro for cash to replace his broken one, giving him all my games and getting a PS3, for Bluray movies. And Uncharted 2 and LBP of course.
I'd love to get my hands of Flower, Flow, GoW, SFIV, and a few others. I've now identified 10 games I want and that's usually my rule about buying a console. I may have to get my ass to a strip club soon so I can blow my money quickly and now be burdened with this decision.

It depends if he's willing. But I'd also lose games I haven't even opened yet like Batman Arkham Asylum and POP. Might be cheaper to get a cheap blu-ray.
Did anyone test their wiis on HDTVs for me? Set your wii to 16:9 but on the HDTV menu, set it to 4:3.

I'm getting it. Eventually. But more out of curiosity about WM+ and family pressure than actually looking forward to spend a significant amount of time with it.
Oh, yeah! I've seen it over here separately. But it's kind of expensive, if I remember correctly. I wish it was 10 bucks, in true Dvader fashion.
Yeah, if you're on a tight schedule, it's a tough call. I own all three systems, and have a very limited gaming schedule. I don't regret getting all of them, but I can only focus on a limited amount of games at a time, and one or two systems get neglected usually for very long periods of time.
Still, I'd say that if you have found compelling software go for it. You won't regret the purchase.

Not really. You'll miss a few heart containers and some minor treasures, but nothing of any great importance.
Somehow, the Backloggery had a double entry for Toy Story for the Genesis as being Beaten, so I am back down to a paltry 1099 games finished again.
What will be 1100?
