Also I've been playing classic Lucasarts games on Steam. Indiana Jones & The Fate of Atlantis is great. Star Wars Starfighter is Rogue Squadron done right...ish.
I haven't played too much this weekend. I did revisit Halo 3 a bit on Friday night to check out what kind of matches they had set up for Double XP Weekend. I went out drinking with some friends last night so today has been a pretty lazy Sunday for me. I did go for a little BBQ with some family today. I'll probably go back and play some more Halo 3 before the weekend is over.
I haven't been playing much this week. I've only played a few hours of Pac-Mania, Xevious and Dig Dug on 360.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileGet ready to get your ass kicked at NGBC. Those bosses at the end are nothing short of fucking ridiculous. And this is coming from someone who's beaten most of the KOF games.
I'll let you know come 2013 when I get around to playing it.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileHow so? If you could compare it with Rogue Leader (RS2), that would be great. I never got RS3, so my Star Wars fighter menu has been blank for a while.
So me... I've mostly been playing Garry's Mod with one of my friends online. Today we jointly tried out the map EvoCity2, which sounds like it might be in the neighborhood of the largest map that the Source engine can handle. In addition to both city and countryside, many of the buildings are enterable, and there's a 37-story building in the middle of the city (only about 7 floors are accessible, though). We built some interesting stuff and then, when it was about time to disconnect from his server, we fired off some nukes and had fun killing ourselves that way, as usual.
And I just finished Half-Life (Source) for the first time. I've been all the way to the final boss before, but wasn't able to beat it. This time I did, so I'm happy. Unfortunately, because I didn't play HL1 when everyone else first did, I can't be as fond of it as I otherwise might. HL2, however, rules. Valve had better come out with Episode 3 before 2011.... And when is there going to be an HL3?! The wait is horrible!
I'll give it a shot. I haven't played Rogue Leader beyond a demo kiosk eight years ago, so you'll need to bare with me.
It plays very similarly, in that it's an arcadey flight sim. Though instead of piloting a number of ships and reliving the major Star Wars battles of the original trilogy, you only pilot three ships, and the game is based around Episode 1 (one of the craft is the Naboo N-1 Starfighter, and the last mission is the starfighter battle at the end of that movie). Also helps that there's somewhat of a story in the game.
There are the wingman controls present in RL, but they don't come into play until around the 5th mission or so (when you actually have wingmen to command). But the biggest differences come in the addition of a targeting system (which is quite useful), proper bonus objectives (so you don't need to worry about accuracy or what not) and best of all, very very few missions where you need to defend something.
*Sigh* Third Strike is such a superior game. I know that it's the 3rd entry of SFIII but still.
One of the site's forefathers.
Same here. SFIV is, hands down, the best fighting game this gen so far. BlazBlue is great, but some of those IGN editors are wrong in claiming BlazBlue is better...than again, IGN editors are always mostly wrong!
And currently, I'm enjoying Dragon Quest V on my new DSi. But I'm paranoid when it comes to new products especially systems so I just bought a used DS Lite so I can save my DSi from wear and tear and just use my Lite instead. It's worth it. Found one in great condition too.
Imagine how crazily paranoid I'd be with a brand new PSP. I got a used one from my big bro who sold it to me, which was better buying a new one since I don't have to be so paranoid with it. And because of that, I'm enjoying it more.
Yes...I got problems. It took me awhile to fully enjoy my 360 with my fears of RRODing!

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
“Online co-op isn’t just a ‘oh, let’s just tuck that in there.’ There’s a ton of design work on top of the technological implementation that would have to be done. Then there’s online testing to do. Online is really, really hard in anything and should never be done as an afterthought. And in 2009, I don’t think it’s absolutely required in every game. How many Wii titles have online co-op, even from Nintendo?” - Christian Svensson, Corporate Officer/VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development
Wow, that's got to be the dumbest excuse I've read in a while. Way to go, Crapcom!
Starfighter is great, but the GC Rogue Squadron is much better IMO. Starfigheter just feels a bit more shallow.
Also been playing animal crossing and tiger on wii.

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
I just bought a car. So no.
That's lame as hell. I think he responded in a thread where I brought it up.
Me, I've only had the wii over the weekend so I played Conduit, just completed it and put final impressions in the thread. And just a little of Animal Crossing to check stuff, water flowers etc.
Picked up Resident Evil Archives on Wii, been playing that.
Game controls just fine with the Wii controller. Only difference I've noticed is the rumble being much weaker than the Gamecube pad. But it controls just as good either way.
Such a lazy port though; literally the ONLY thing that makes it better than the Cube version is that its on 1 disc instead of 2. No widescreen or 480p support....just lazy. Still an incredible classic game though, that to me stands the test of time. I'd rather play this than almost any new game on the market, including RE5.
Also very slowly tooling through Valkyria Chronicles, Prince of Persia, Infamous, and Lost and Damned.
