Oh, Vader... Ewww!
Think of Zelda while you're trying some of the archery and sword play in Wii Sports Resort," Miyamoto say.
7:04 p.m.: "We'd like to make it compatible with Wii MotionPlus. It's quite possible it will be playable only with Wii MotionPlus."
7:03 p.m.: Shows new illustration for the next Zelda for Wii. Nothing to show yet, but it shows an adult link. More grown up than ever before.
Miyamoto wins E3.

"He reiterated that Spirit Tracks has a lot of train travel in it."
Yay...
You only call it the worst because you keep failing to realize that The Phantom Hourglass was nothing short of brilliant.
It would have been if you didn't have to go through the same dungeo eight freaking tiumes.
The dungeon evolves everytime you go through it. It was a fantastic idea and for the most part worked pretty well.
Zelda PH is an insult to every Zelda game ever made.

That sucks. I was hoping for a return to the Wind Waker style.

Even the Wand of Gamelon? I completely disagree with you (and lord knows we've had this conversation before), but I'm curious to just what extreme you put this game. Worse than the Adventure of Link? Worse than the CD-i games?

You and....well just you.
7:10 p.m.: Q: Can you share your thoughts on the Wii Vitality sensor and how you might use it in your games?
A: "I think it's a very unique device and I've been interested in it for quite awhile." Interfaces interest Miyamoto.
This is funny. Even Miyamoto can't find something good to say about Wii Vitality. Like I said, outside of the horror genre, I just can't see any application for it. Maybe for the Fitness games to check pulses.
I think they should have just gone with Wii Throat-Gagger.

Wii Dildo for Those Adult Only games.
That has to be a joke, right?
Ravenprose said:7:22 p.m.: Unfortunately, no online mode in New Super Mario Bros. Wii, by the way. Miyamoto just confirmed. Wii is already being overpowered by what's happening on screen in New Super Mario Bros Wii. So no power left for online.

That sounds like such a damn cop-out. If SE could do it with Crystal Chronicles, they could have done it with Mario.

I don't understand the reluctance to put Nintendo games online.

Me neither. That game would be perfect for it.

Nah I just like going all crazy extreme hate on this game. Its right above Adventure of Link, below all the other standard Zelda's. Its a good game for sure, but I really hate the direction it took.
And the damn CD-I games ARE NOT ZELDA GAMES.
Wii cant handle a DS game. Good to know.
I told you guys we need a Wii 2, the Wii is holding Miyamoto back.

Fucking greed is holding him back.
Awesome! A new Zelda game is coming for the Wii. Too bad it's likely quite a ways away though.
I must say that I'm pretty impressed that Nintendo has put up a lot of E3 videos on the Nintendo Channel already. I figured we wouldn't get much until next week or so.
Yeah Nintendo's reluctance with online along with their freakin' online system as a whole really pisses me off at times.

and me too i was also hoping for a cel-shaded game. especially after the beauty that is the red steel 2 recent shots and footage. it also makes the system look less graphically inferior.
oh well beggars can't be choosers
You missed the earlier E3 coverage. . . Miyamoto wasn't there for it. . . AHAH!!!!!! You're MIYAMOTO!!!! IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW!
