I think it would be cool to do, if for no other reason than to keep track of what we're playing and seeing what everyone else is playing. This is the exact same as the "Gamethon" at the Ring Of Fire board at Gamespot, which was started before the board even existed & when we could have fun there:

Anyone interested?

I think you've already won by actually posting in the forum Nyaa

Why not just hand the godamn trophy to Vader in advance? LOL Crazy sucker is like the ravenous beast in a horror movie, only he eats games and shits bricks.

Or is that me?

I've hit a gaming brick wall recentely so I wouldn't be much good, since I took up collecting classic cartoons from the 80s and up I dont have the money for games I used to.

I'm all for doing something like it to keep track of what everyone is playing, but I'm not sure we need to competitive and scoring aspect that RoF had.  There's always going to be 1 or 2 guys who have far more time and end up posting a brazillion different games and are the scoring leader for the entire time.  And I think that kind of kills the interest and posting motivation for others who don't play as much.

But having a forum where I can see what other people are playing and have played would be a nice way to know who I could get recommendations from. And likewise it'd be an easy way to show what I've recently played.

Maybe it could be something like we list the game, last time it was played, a simple score or recommendation for others, and if we completed it.

When we did it way back when the first place switched a lot. I think I was even in the lead at one point, then vader, then edge.

Steel was hilarious though, always last LOL

You see you have to actually complete a game to register points. Nyaa

I think I would enjoy it if you didn't have to complete a game to get points. So if you played half a game you could still get half points.

And if you bought it and put it on your shelf you could get a quarter points or so. LOL

Good idea. Somebody can just set up a sticky thread where we all list the games we play throughout the year, and give our ratings and short thoughts on each game. I like it.

I like Robio's idea. I already do this in the RoF and it gets crazy. To keep up with Angel I had to play all sorts of old fighting games I had lying around.

I say we just keep track of what we are playing and maybe give out awards like gamer of the month, an award to the person who is playing the hardest game of each month, an award to the person playing the weirdest game each month, stuff like that.

Well. That would be no fun. The same people would get the same awards every month!

You would get the Playing the Hardest Game Each Month.

I would get Playing the Weirdest Game Each Month.

Steel would get Playing While Hardest Each Month.

GG would get Playing the Lamest Landscaping/Interior Design Game for the Longest Time Each Month.

Raven would get the Playing Games Not from this Century each Month...

Archie would get the Number of times Showing His Wang over XBox Live Vision Camera to the World Each Month...

Well with such an awesome Wang it's hard to resist showing off. I've practiced on my Wang long and hard, many have been subdued by my Wang. I have also had many Wang on Wang battles and still come out on top. Yes I have beaten many Wangs in my time.

You and I share much in common, my friend!

I often come (sp?) on top!

--and--

I too have beaten many, many wangs!

We should compare wangs war-stories one day!

Well if either of us had the same HD console as the other we could go Wang on Wang anytime. Nyaa
