Robio posted about this already?!?!?!?
How in bloody blue blazes did I miss THAT ? ! ? ! ?

Yep, very popular game in Japan. I posted about this right after E3 when they made the announcement about Wii Vitality. The way I see it, since you can stick your finger into the Wii Vitality sensor, this game looks like be perfect for the a launch title to get people to buy the accessory.

I wonder if Boong-Ga Boong-Ga still works if you stick your dick in the hole instead of the plastic finger.
entropy is the measure of how far an equalization of an certain process has progressed.
For example, we have a piece of ice in a glass of water. Now a spontenous process of heat transfer starts. Heat from the water is transferred to the ice cube. The ice cube get's warmer and it starts to melt. After some time the temperature of the ice cube and surrounding water will be the same. Maximum entropy change has been reached. So entropy is the measure of how far this process is to reaching equilibrium. Once equilibrium has been reached nothing happens, because there is no heat transfer anymore.
Another example, we have a bottle of pressurized air. We open the valve. Now the air start's leaking spontenously. Over time the pressure inside and outside the bottle are the same. Again maximum entropy change has been reached. We have achieved equilibrium.
So again entropy is the measure how far a system is to reaching equilibrium!

Which is why some people consider entropy to be some sort of a time clock for the age of the universe. Once an equilibrium is reached, the universe will supposedly cease to exist as we know it. That's why I said game of the entropy, it was a way of saying "game of the end of times".
Entropy plays an interesting role in one of Asimov's short tales. The Last Question. The final twist is amazing.

very very generally speaking ... when maximum entropy is reached, the universe will only consist of black holes.

How come we don't have a universe thread already? I'd visit the OT board more often.

No the universe will still be there. See the universe as water and ice cube as it's stars and planets, etc. After times goes one the stars will be smaller and smaller eventually disappearing. Now we have equilibrium. The universe is still there, but it's a cold and dead universe. Nothing ever happens. No stars, no life, just lifeless particles floating around.
But then again the universe is accelerating at a increasing rate. I guess the end will be the universe ripping itself apart. Also known as the Big Rip!
I will read the Asimov story later, thanks!

Actually Hawking has discovered that black holes will not "live" forever. Black holes release a particles, and eventually they will cease to exist. Apparantly you will be able to see them just before they die!
Holy shit.

Well considering that we all live in different countries and you do not know our exact location, the chances of your finger reaching our blackholes would be slim at best. So the chance that this is an empty threat is 99.99%.

I find it utterly ironic that --ONLY-- at The VG Press can a conversation turn from spanking and butt-hole-fingering to Physics.
What is WRONG with you people?!

Steel, why don't you make an universe thread already? There was on one GAF too, with awesome pictures.
I will make another thread so awesome, your entropy change will be maximum. Making you petrified in amazement!
So go make an universe thread!

Yeah! ...and I'll go make a goatsee thread!
We don't want things to get too cerebral in here!
We have to keep things in balance --AND-- we have a reputation to uphold!

Lemonparty, lemonparty! Someone tried to trick me into going to it last night funnily enough. But the joke was on them---I'm in it!
