Just finished Swords & Soldiers. Loved it. Perfect level of challenge on normal for me, which means it's pretty easy for everyone who isn't stupid. However there's two harder difficulties so I'm sure they'd be reasonable satisfying for those without brain damage. Quite funny too.
Finally finished The Saboteur last night. Fantastic game. Criminally underrated. Easily now one of my favorite games I've played this year. Definitely has some flaws, but like LA Noire this is a great example of how a good story and compelling characters can make you overlook some minor issues. Well... in LA Noire they really weren't so minor, but you get my point. The best part of it... you get to be a member of the French resistance in WWII and you don't have to be French!
Beyond Good and Evil HD:
Held up very well on a second play through...maybe because it was a second play through several years later!
Bastion:
Terrible commentary. Great narration.
Yet another game beaten this year (Golden Sun: Dark Dawn)! That makes 19 so far this year! I didn't think I could finish this many games in one year still! All of you guys have been my inspiration/motivation! What's next? Deus Ex?

I was expecting to struggle to make it to 12!
I just finished RDR:Undead Nightmare. Really enjoyed it. I regret starting it up so quickly after The Saboteur. I needed a break before starting one sandbox game after just completing another. As a result it took me a while to get into this game, but once I did I was hooked. Great pace, fun little story, and a terrific ending.
Oddly enough I think this is the game that all the Harvest Moon designers need to look at. This game mixes in so many fantasy elements seemlessly, and that's exactly the direction that HM needs to go. Not the Rune Factory route mind you, as I don't think the combat enhances anything. But just adding in stuff to compliment the gameplay like the Sasquatch and horses of the apocolypse did for this.
Finshed Mafia II. As far as mob stories go, this one is pretty good. It has some very cool characters and killer atmosphere. It's VERY linear, but I welcomed that this time, so no complaints there. Too bad the ending gave me no closure.

I was very surprised when Eurogamer trashed it and gave it a 4/10. Said the gameworld looked nice but was completely empty and the story was nothing to get interested in. Seems they messed that up. This sounds a lot more like it. I think I will get the director's cut which has all the DLC and is very nicely priced.

Yeah, it's no Godfather, or even Goodfellas, but it does the job. Story has some nice twists where everything that can go wrong goes wrong and some of its characters are greatly done, especially Leo Galante and Henry Tomasino.
Sam and Max: The Devil's Playhouse.
Finished it a few days ago, but close enough. Inconsistent puzzle qualtiy really hurt it, but it's just so damn funny and likeable that it's still pretty awesome.
Hard Reset and Altered Beast.
Hard Reset is just awesome. Then it ends halfway through the game.
Altered Beast is 5 minutes long.
UPDATE!
