Nintendo sues two Switch pirates

Burger Time Deluxe (Gameboy) is a great game. I've been playing it quite a bit this weekend. However, it's odd that when you drop a burger part with an enemy on top of it, the enemy doesn't die in the fall like in the arcade. Nope! They climb back up! They only die in this game if they are crushed by a falling piece. That changes the gameplay quite a bit from the arcade version. The levels feel a bit more puzzle like too. I like it.

My friend had that one, (we always avoided owning the same games so we could have more total access acros our friend group). I have not thought about that game for decades.

Is the music as good as the arcade?
Yes. It's a bit more mellow but it fits with the theme of the game well.
Been playing Elden Ring this weekend. Had to play through some of the base game before I could access the dlc. The new content seems very cool so far but it is quite tough.
The team in question is Japan's National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (via Fudzilla) and it didn't use any weird tech or microscopic distances in a lab—50 km of commercially available optical fibres and signal amplifiers were employed in the test. At an estimated peak rate of 402 Tbps or 50.25 TB/s, it's approximately 25% higher than the previous record, set last October.
Started listening to the latest GU podcast a couple of days ago, had lots of things to say. Listened the last part today. Forgot al the points I wanted to make.
You probably didn't miss out on much though. Just wanted to let you know I enjoyed listening.

Thank you for listening, in my opinion the last two shows have been worth listening to
Well, our original Switch is officially a handheld no more. I wanted to play some Splatoon3 on it today, and it went from 100% to 15% in 5 minutes.
And now for the question of what to do. Do we just accept this as our new reality? Do I try to swap out the battery myself? Do I send it in and pay god knows how much to have it replaced?
That is unfortunate. Our WiiU has been unusable for years now. I keep promising my son we'll buy a new one, but never got around to it. Perhaps I shouldn't delay this any longer.

Such a shame and a wasted opportunity for Ninty.
Finally some decent news!
