Thanks Sup. I loked up Eisenhower Matrix, that's how I maneg things now, but I have to delegate more.
I'm the director of my company's marketing department, and it took me 4 years before I really learned how to delegate. Maybe learned isn't the right word. It took 4 years before I was comfortable with delegating tasks. That can be hard, especially when you suspect some of your co-workers or underlings or whatever you want to call them, have repeatedly shown themselves to be ass clowns.
I don't know... I've had some tremendous idiots work for me. I'd feel bad using the same word to describe them as the delightful buffoons that we see in the movies.

I've got a few I can trust to do the job 80% as well as I would do if I had done it myself, and I was good at delegating to them and then just tidying up their work, but I keep falling into the trap of "just do it myself it will be faster" or closer to the truth doing it because it is more enagaging than whatever I don;t want to do.

He said that Microsoft games are going to be everywhere. So yeah looks like Switch is going to get a lot of their games.
He also basically said the next Xbox is a PC hybrid.
Sadly he also said that the best gaming position for them is one with healthy margins. So prioritising profit now they've bought the major players.
