Well, it was a better metaphor and better satire than it was a movie. The second half redeemed it. 4/10.  At least the actors got a good pay out of it.

Did anyone here play Disco Elysium? I swear someone did and gave it a pretty glowing review, but I don't quite remember now. Just noticed it was on sale for ps4, and it's one of those games that's been on my watch list.

Try YouTube Switch UP review. It was also Marks GOTY.

I'm waiting on a price drop.

I'm in full agreement with you. Netflix has yet to put out a movie that I've enjoyed. They're much better when they're playing to their strength of episodic programming (I still can't quite call them tv shows).

I think there is still enough strength in traditional Hollywood that they still feel 2-hour feature length films with big name actors gives them a certain type of credibility that they don't have.

Cheers for the recommendations, guys. A few things in there I hadn't thought of.

Crysis has gyro aiming, right? The "joy-cons" feel like they'd be a bit of a disaster in an FPS.

EDIT: Apparently it does.

At $99 there is no way in which I would not regret getting one...

yes you should buy silicon joycon sleeves and thumb cap set. They are very cheap but make individual joycon gaming much more comfortable. Look for ones that are bulged at the back, not flat at the back.

PSA Crysis 1 remastered on switch is a bit pixellated, 2 and 3 look way better. But personally I enjoyed Crysis 1 on the TV and portable.

There's also a game I don't see many people talking about but all the video reviews were great. It's called Deaths Door, you play as a Raven and people say its a little like a top down Zelda but a Rogue like with a strong story too.

I toyed with the idea, but I find split joycons with silicon sleeves the most relaxed way to play and it gives you more freedom of movement when using games that have gyro control or motion integrated.

Been playing more Shakedown Hawaii. What I love about it is that from clicking it, it takes 3 seconds to load and another 2 seconds to load your save file.

Feels almost instant compared to most games.

Gameplay wise it's a little one note. Jump in a car, follow the GPS, smash some store up or shoot bad guys. Rinse and repeat. No races yet, just police dodging.

The story is fun. The game is very arcade like in a good way. I can see myself playing in 30min bursts. Glad I bought it, on sale. That's not an insult, it's fun.

Someone should have come up with Wii Remote and Nunchuk-styled Joycons. Id buy those.

Yeah the Switch Pro controller is a bit pricey. I paid $90 for mine. However I wouldn’t want to be without it. Excellent controller and has a great battery life. Worth it in my opinion.

I'm sure they've got something in place. After more than two decades, I can't imagine his name not being attached.

Wow! The first John Madden Football game was originally released on the Apple II in 1988. Long running series for sure.
