The caecum is at the start of the large intestine.
Its inner surface is reddened in patches, with exudate (of mucus and pus). Terminal ileum is the very last part of the small intestine, before entering the large bowel, ICV means ileocecal valve, the point that divides the small and large intestines. That area is also reddened and with exudate. Yeah BX means biopsy.
I'm no gastroenterologist, but those findings seem largely compatible with inflammatory bowel disease, especially ulcerous colitis. You'll have to wait for the biopsy results I guess.

I went to orlando this weekend and did the Star Wars VR experience they had at Disney. It was sooooo awesome. You get a vest with what I assume is the PC strapped to your back, you get a VR head set and go through rooms with a team of 4 and shoot stormtroppers and solve really simple button puzzles. Its full movement VR, completely immerses you into the enviornment, plus they do cool stuff like move the floor under you when you are in a flying platform or increase the heat when you are on mustafar. Your vests have haptic feedback so you feel when you get hit by a laser blast. You see your friends as avatars in the VR world so that you dont bump into each other. Its so well done and shows the future of rides or arcadesm this is what it should be.
