I loved Quint, Capone, Ambush Bug’s annual Halloween articles, which would’ve began this weekend. I kept going to that site out of habit, still looking for scoops though that hasn’t happened in over a decade. It’s a shame what’s happened.
This is a place Vader and I visited. It’s pretty much a ghost town now. The talk backs have been closed, most of the writers have jumped ship and the owner, Harry Knowles, is supposedly taking a break for rehab. His sister is supposedly running things now, but there’s actually proof that some of the posts were actually him pretending to be his sister. It’s a crazy, crazy situation. The site hasn’t been relevant in years but people kept coming back because of the community. Right now, I keep checking the site to see if/when it shuts down. Harry has caught shit for years by the users but now it really seems justified.
I just noticed IGN Nintendo journalist god Matt Casamassina actually wrote a thriller novel called Dead Weight which came out last year. That's crazy...I wonder how it is?
Also on his twitter he begs Nintendo to release Metroid Samus Returns on the Switch so he can play it on a real console. That's the Matty I miss....
Disturbing video of another cop deciding to unload his entire clip into somebody. I guess it happened last week, I just saw it yesterday. I would think shooting somebody in the leg would be enough, but this guy thinks he's in Saving Private Ryan.

Considering the guy looks like Tim Tebow, I'm surprised they all turned him down.
