Gamesindustry: There's still merit in console secrecy

Well that Pokémon Direct achieved nothing more than making me feel old I guess the biggest news was that it will also be localised in Chinese?
Actually I think the biggest news is that the Pokemon from the RBY games will be able to be added to the Pokemon Bank. That's a pretty big deal for the diehard catch 'em all fans.
That said, yeah I feel old too. Red and Blue came out in the US during my senior year of college. It's basically a reminder that college was 20 years ago for me...ouch.
The guys who made Trine are doing an AMA on Reddit and the title of it is, "We are the developers of Trine, and we failed our fans with Trine 3. Now we are trying to make a comeback. Ask us anything!"
Talk about tackling the elephant in the room, huh?

I'll only reply once, but yes I agree. I've looked at the Trine games each time they've been on sale and I cannot pull the trigger on them. Even they drop down to about a dollar, maybe. Even then it'd probably be one of those games that just sits in the collection waiting to be played forever and ever.
I always sorta wanted to try out these games but they just looked so plain gameplay wise.

They're good solid platforming fun, but 2 is way better, especially on Wii U with the touchscreen.
Public Service Announcement: If anyone is interested in getting the Fallout 4 Season Pass then hurry up and get it before March 1st because it will be increased to $50 from the current $30.
My tour of Ubisoft went quite well.

That RE mod for xcom sounds awesome.

Ask them why their games are so boring.
Dem truthbombs. Games are pretty...and boring.
The only thing I would ask is "Why?"
You can apply that in any way:
Why develop Trine?
Why did you fail?
Why try to make a comeback?
Why bother asking anything?

One of the site's forefathers.

Trine was ok. I have trine 2 but never tried it.
Dude I got the first Trine on Steam out of a pricing error for something like 19 cents or so, and I still felt scammed.
OMG there's a quest in xcx where have to track down a car for a professor from the future to get back to his own time. Bttf?
You seem to be suffering from not being punched enough.

They are shit.
Shite.
Caca.

I never played the Trine games and honestly I'm not really interested to. Who says that I like everything?
