Fucking Ebay can be a nightmare sometimes.
So I bought this jumper and it arrived and was knackered as shit and I went to return it. When I tried to initiate a return it tried to get me to log onto American Ebay and when I did it said I couldn't return it and had to contact the seller. A seller with a (4) feedback rating.
When I tried through the help pages it says I cannot return it because I haven't paid for it and it asks me to pay for the item first.
Problem is that I paid for it two days ago and I'm staring at the Paypal receipt on my email in front of me. I have to call up Ebay and speak to this guy that has a thick, thick Spanish accent. Eventually he tells me that even though I have paid, the seller has not claimed the payment? WTF does this mean?
So because this fucktard hasn't claimed the money (seriously when do you have to manually accept a payment through Paypal) I cannot return this fucked up item. And Ebay can't just cancel the transaction and let me return it I have to "contact the seller".
So I'm left at the whim of this Scottish asshole as to whether I can return this piece of shit and there is fuck all I can, or Ebay can do about it. WTF is this shit?
