What have you chaps been playing? I spent all week playing RL and GW2. That is about to change with FO4 in the immediate future. No mater how good it is, though, it won't be able to dethrone RL as my 2015 GOTY.

So I've been playing Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Halo 5, and Forza 6. What have you dudebros been playing?

Heart of Stone which I'm really enjoying so far...nice to see the light-heartedness of many side quests applied to an extended quest.

And I did the first third of the Suzuka 9 hour in GT5, in 100% rain. Boy, the AI is awful in the rain. I'm going to be over 1 minute ahead of an R35 GT-R in an R32 GT-R when I resume, despite having done two pit stops to their one (meaning I'm about 2.5 minutes, or 1 lap in front after only 56 laps). Even further ahead of the other closest competitor: an NSX.

A-spec. I couldn't imagine doing an endurance race on Bob-Spec. :x

I beat Walking Dead season 2 tonight in anticipation of Fallout 4 taking over everything for the next 16-18 hours of game play (yes, I intend to critical path the story and then walk away).

WD2. Seriously under-rated. Much better pacing and consistency throughout. Better thatn the first season on every count.

Played more Tomb Raider over the weekend.

Woke up in a cave with lots of corpses and upside down skinned people. Yet Lara was put right side up, alive and unhurt. Real plausible.

Had a lot of annoying take away control cinematic moments that had my eyes rolling back into my head. Had some crappy stealth section that was all fingers.

Did a decent section involving smashing bells using wind through some windows, if the game had more of this and less pretentiousness and crappy 3rd person combat it would be more appealing to me. Then the game decided it wanted to be RE: The Mercenaries with crappy controls.

Sure now I've got a shotgun and some more machine gun bullets combat is better - mostly because braindead enemies want to run right at you - but the controls still can't keep up with the action. Like aiming a bow and arrow at a fast moving wolf - the game decides to throw waves of enemies at me to the point where I start questioning what the fuck I'm playing? Is this a game about platforming and exploration or some cheap imitation of RE Mercenaries mode? Enemies are throwing molatovs at me, sniping at me whilst assholes ride on ziplines right towards me. The cover system isn't working right, the aiming controls are off 25% of the time and the bad guys in the distance blend into the background like Predator in front of Arnie.

And all of sudden our sympathetic crash-test-dummy becomes a mass murderer. And we still don't have a reason why this army of maniacs is so intent on killing everyone anyway.

Oh yeah there was crappy trial and error ride down a mountain riverstream with insta-deaths followed by a crappy parachute between trees bit too. Still.... game's all right.
