Game Under Podcast Ep. 62
Foolz and Aspro talk about Bayonetta, Dangan Ronpa, Costume Quest and more.gameunder.net editorial impressions media news aspro
You loved Bayonetta 1 when you went back to it so much that you're guessing I don't want 2 to end?
Actually (as is recorded) I found it to provide just as many difficulties the second time around. Style over substance to the extreme, and while I do usually go for that, frustration ultimately ended my time with Bayonetta on the PS3, though I will stumble back onto the hirsute heroine's hustings once more this week in anticipation of our show.
I was referring to the recent (i.e. future) alliterative return to the game because of the amusing unintended ambiguity of your reply to my statement.
Anyone getting "Affordable Space Adventures" ? This game was totally off my radar, but reviews are good, and it would be nice to play a game that fully embraces the gamepad. I have some spare eShop credit that I think I'll be using towards this later this week when it releases.
Oh just a word of warning to Netflix enthusiasts. They've recently adjusted their terms so that they can terminate accounts of anyone found using a VPN to access other countries' movie lists. So if you're using Hola to get to better movies, stop that. You have been found naughty in the eyes of Netflix.
Ironically no it is not. $20. That's a bit high for an indie title.
Still, it's exactly the kind of game the WiiU was made for. And we all know how sparse those are. I'm taking the plunge, I'll give impressions for those on the fence.

So I have sunk some time into axiom verge, I agree with some reviews, too much like Metroid. And not super Metroid, Metroid 1. The gameplay is far more complicated but it still strangely feels the same. Yeah I hack walls, back enemies to change their attacks, I have way more guns that resemble stuff out of contra, and yet it still feels like I am playing a Metroid. The world is bland, maybe that is a big part of it, it feels like the same area with a different color. Like the first Metroid you basically keep going down the same looking hallways hoping to stumble on the next place to progress.
Combat is good, exploration is good, bosses are ok, there is just something off for me. I should be in love but I feel like I am going through the motions. To be honest Elliot's Quest feels like a better homage game, it's a better version of zelda 2 than axiom is of Metroid. At least for now, there is some password system that is unique which I have yet to unlock.
I haz PS4! Second Son looks nice, real nice. Gameplay is the same old thing. I'm currently downloading TLoU Remastered and Axiom Verge. Why does the machine look like an oversized stapler?

I've never really paid attention to it. Is it affordable?

Please do. It did strike my curiosity.

**Currently tracking my FedEx delivery of this and Dark Souls 2 PS4**
Maybe I will get it one day... Whenever my 3DS comes back.
Leo, calm down, finish one game first.
