Bloodborne (10) Review
Bloodborne is something truly special – a barbaric horror RPG that will giveth and taketh away in perfect measure, wrapped up in a perverse world that will refuse to let you go.

Bloodborne (9.5) Review
The game is exactly what Souls fans have been hoping for in this new generation of consoles. It’s gorgeous, terrifying, relentless and highly addictive.

I still find it weird that Retro was making a Football game. They just don't strike me as a sports developer.
That's the exact equivalent thing of what people said when they were announced to be making the next Donkey Kong Country. I think we would all have been pleasantly surprised.

In spite of being away from home, I was able to access my PSN profile from a buddies PS4, and was able to play enough Bloodborne to beat the Cleric Beast this weekend!

What about you, Hunters?
I'm stuck on a train, bored as hell and there's no one around...
I find it absolutely mind blowing that Bloodborne now sits near the top of the list of best-rated games of all time. Playing the Kings Field games so many years ago, they were my guilty pleasures, my diamond in the rough games no one else was playing or could appreciate. Now, my how times have changed! I guess I'm always just a little bit ahead of the times...
You think the Cleric Beast is hard?! TRY BEATING THIS FEARSOME FOE!!

I've been playing Cities: Skylines. I reached 44K pop and unlocked nuclear power plants. Been also building a ton of landmark buildings in the nicer parts of the city. Traffic is still choking me, though, as well as noise pollution. At least my crime stats are quite low.
But the real treat this week has been Pillars of Eternity. Heavy on lore and stories within the game, chock-full of customization features, with a deep, involving combat system that forces you to stay on your toes micromanaging your party, and with absolutely no handholding whatsoever (you stumble inside a temple unprepared? you gonna die, take the wrong turn in a forest path? die!). There's a lot to love here.
I've played very, very little of Walking Dead season 2. I've been busy prepping for the summer gifted and talented program.
