Videogamer Evolve Review 6/10
Evolve should have been great. It isn't. Worse still is that its core idea feels as if it has been undermined by over-complication and, more disappointingly, the worst practices of modern publishing.videogamer.com impressions gamingeek

I have a few times. There are still one or two people there that refuse to leave though. I treat it mostly like not being able to look away while passing a bad accident on the road. It's a wreck, but there's still a morbid curiosity about it. I've posted maybe half-a-dozen things in the last 6 months to a year --BUT-- when I have, I've gotten a few PM's asking "Weren't you the guy that would post the Monday Morning Wii Virtual Console Updates?" or "The Street Fighter guy?" or "The Classics Guy?"
It's nice to be remembered every once in a while, so I still check in from time to time.
Its a videogame forum...let's all act like super sophisticated Mr Knowitall intellectuals and troll the shit out of everyone we don't agree with, then watch the mods jump all over them because they all have our backs! Yeah good times!
Not me, so far I've only managed to survive to level 7. Then again, I've never tried any higher.
I'll take on the challenge and see how I fare, but it'll be enough of a challenge to just tear myself away from MH3U. Speaking of which: fuck you Purple Ludroth!
I'd love to show all the cameos, costumes and homages I've come across for MH4U so far, but don't want to ruin some of the surprises for anyone who may actually play! Needless to say, they are GREAT!
I'm back to playing Diablo 3. Season 2 just started and I rolled a new monk to catch some of that sweet seasonal gear and see the buffs the class got. I'm taking it easy, leveling up steadily while I move through the main campaign.
In a weird turn of events, I also started playing Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. I don't know if it'll grab my attention for long, though.
I tried to start up Majora (classic version), but like most Zelda games it starts off slowly and is a little tough for me to get into. However Smash is as easy to get into as ever, and damn its still so much fun.
I can't even log in to GS anymore. I don't remember my password.
Sounds cool.
Challenge accepted.
Wow. That was easy.
Looks like I win.
Yay me.
Leo, I thought you quit Gamespot cold turkey?

I have not visited GS in months. Everyone I care about moved on.

I have about a dozen comments over the last three months, then nothing for 10 months before that, so... yeah...

For a second I read that as MH4U. I was about to get very excited.
I've probably played less than two hours over the weekend, but when I did:

Unbelievable how many cameos and homages are in MH4U. Even now after playing both, I am still more excited by it than Majora, though MM is great!
I also find it hard to believe how much I still enjoy Vagina. She's probably the best character created in the last decade or so!
What about you, Poogies?

I've been playing The Legend of Zelda: Groundhog's Day this weekend.
