Probably a glorified tutorial.
I fear the SP will be exactly the same was multiplayer, except with bots.
That's be better than a tutorial.

Wii U only 3k ahead of Vita lol.
Yikes at those May comparison figures.
Just read this "Before you worry about Wii U sales not getting a Mario Kart 8 boost, remember, that May's NPD only reflects 2 days' worth of MK8 sales"
I was right, Hyrule Warriors had dungeons and was veering towards being more like a proper Zelda game:
Aonuma: Early on, there was actually a version that had a dungeon in it that had more traditional Zelda like puzzle solving elements to it. After looking at that piece and that stage, and realizing that it was so far away from what a Dynasty Warriors game is, they decided to eliminate that.
Link
And that's with only 2 days of MK8 sales. Figures estimate 15k a day sold for Wii U, quadruple what they were selling in the 2 weeks before MK8 release (those 2 weeks being part of these NPD figures). There's a real chance Wii U could outsell the Xbox One next month by a significant margin. Even with this months results they are 85% up on hardware, 90% up in software. How much will be enough to get more 3rd party support?
I seriously hope Microsoft doesn't buy Capcom...I feel they would go the way of Rareware. MS would milk the brand names for a few games until people caught on that they're lost in space, then they would disappear in obscurity.
Capcom need to be part of a company who can improve their quality control and turn their franchises in the right direction. That company is Nintendo. Seriously, what a perfect fit. Give Capcom a kick in the ass and give Nintendo an instant stable of mature games like they've never had before. All exclusive.
What about Sony?
Not sure about Capcom they used to be one of my favourite developers but now there's not much I look forward too outside RE. I agree they need quality control and focus.
Nintendo should buy Capcom.
If I had a dime for every time I heard/read someone state that "Nintendo should buy developer that or another". It won't happen. Nintendo seems more comfortable in buying or cooperating with smaller devs which they can guide and assist than taking over large devs with their own burocratic workflows.
Yeah, I know it won't happen, but it should!
Yeah but Nintendo should still buy Capcom.
Sony could probably help Capcom as well, but it's wishful thinking to want them to join forces with Nintendo. I'd like to see it simply to see it boost the Big N's sales, maybe. Imagine what they could do with old franchises under some guidance by Nintendo.
By the way, you know what still rocks? River City Ransom. God awful controls and menus that aged like an apple slice aside, it is still insanely fun. Really makes me wish the guys doing the sequel weren't morons.
If I had had those dimes, I could buy Capcom
In this case it's a large publisher with multiple dev teams.
You know what I'd really like to see? The Japanese development community coming togther on one console to make like an opposing force to all the western focus in gaming. Someone or something to boost and maintain high quality standards for the old Japanese publishers.
They're going the way of Rare perfectly fine without Microsoft's help.
