Well, Mario Kart didn't show up. Damned mail order. They posted it 7pm last night and emailed me, wtf did they think? Some magic super fast post was going to get it to consumers overnight? F***ing idiots.
I also got a dispatch notice yesterday. I just hope I get it over the next month so as I have a chance to try to get a free game from the offer

I got an email this morning informing me that my copy of Mario Kart will be shipping soon, and I'll recieve it sometime in the next 6-10 days.
I think I'll do the Walmart switcheroo today.
Uh, this is why I hate mail order. You could go out and buy the game from a shop but pay more. Game UK is better they ship a day or two before release and you get it usually on release day but their prices are higher.

Some important info in todays updates, Pikmin 3 now has touchscreen controls! I personally did not play it offscreen because I hated the stick controls, now you can play it like the Pikmin Adventure in Nintendoland. I might even try the challenges now.
Secondly Super Mario Kart was born from Fzero on the SNES. The SNES couldn't handle long stretches of road with multiplayer so they had to loop tracks, which gave birth to the idea of using Karts. And Mario Kart was born.
Quantum break. Although it looks good it's way off the original graphics at E3 last year.

My copy of Kart is scheudled to arrive on Tuesday. That's a little disappointing, but still acceptible since I won't be home much this weekend. Now if it arrives after Tuesday I'll be whining like a little bitch.
One person I saw on TV Tropes said that their copy wouldn't arrive until Tuesday as well.
