Hmmm. Maybe I should pre-order a copy myself as well. Really liking what I've seen so far. Although I'm not too fond on the new trend of adding a gimmick with every new installment. I could do without the underwater sections for one.

Mass Effect 3 on the 360 kind of sucks because you have to swap discs literally like 12 times. Oh, you wanna go to THAT area? Reinsert disc 1 please.....oh, you wanna go to the other side of the universe? back to disc 2....over and over again. Pain in the ass the way they designed it. ME3 is probably the only game in the series that's better on PS3 just because of that. So I would pick it up on PS4.
Yeah Naughty Dog was always a cornerstone of Playstation, even from the early days. Hell Crash was practically the PS One mascot for a while.
On that note, I spent about an hour playing Spyro the Dragon 2: Ripto's Rage last night. If you ever wonder why there isn't so much enthusiasm for those PS One 3-D games all you have to do it look at this game. It looks so god damned terrible, kind of like someone just threw up after eating a bowl of Fruity Pebbles. Still, it was actually quite fun. The mismanagement of that franchise after it's sale was fucking criminal. Though I suppose Spyro ultimately lead to Skylanders, so I suppose it all got justified in the end.
How did Spyro lead to Skylanders? I've never heard this.
You console guys should really grab Far Cry Classic on Xbox Live or PSN too. Its only $10. Still a fun shooter.
The other day at the store I saw Far Cry Collection for PS3....didn't know it existed? Far Cry 2, 3, and Blood Dragon. Amazing how many times I see packages like that that I didn't know anything about.
The first one was called Skylanders: Spyro's Adventures or something like that. It's similar to how the Raving Rabbids were first introduced through Rayman and just kinda went on from there.
Pretty much this. But even in that first game Spyro was one of several playable characters, not even the main one. His name was just there to help give it a push.
I might purchase it; I have the PC version of 1 and 2. I never beat the first one, Mako controls suck; I keep running out of time.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Naughty Dog of the Crash days was long removed by the time of the PS3. They had only done Jak games for like 7 years or so and then they made Uncharted and they went from just a studio to the best game developer not named Nintendo.
Threes review is insulting to me. Fucking stupid phone games.

They have two of the best games of the generation, two of the last 5 GOTY titles. They are on fire.
