I finished this:
Started this:
And replaying this:
I played a fair amount of Animal Crossing New Leaf , and some Gran Turismo 5 this weekend.
I also just started Harvest Moon: A New Beginning this evening. I bought it months ago, played through the tutorial, and then promptly stopped. Now I have a bunch of tutorials to go through again. I just planted some turnips, potatoes and grass seeds, and then nearly died of exhaustion, lol. It's an interesting game so far. Never played a Harvest Moon game before, so it's all new to me.
Have you read nothing from Stephen King?
I only played Dark Souls. Haven't been on Animal Crossing since Friday

My Dark Souls 2 beta impressions
Well it’s dark souls alright, I was dying all the time. I screwed up and used my human effigy which revives you so by the end I had less than 50% health because of the death penalty. Not even beating a boss reviewed me, WTF.
It feels faster than DS, characters don’t have as much weight to them which is why some say it looks like you glide. Combat seemed harder, parries are harder, backstaBS are harder. I got adjusted to the new feel quick. going to dual hand wield adds new moves to the halberd which was really cool. the big new thing are lodestones which regenerate health when used, these were everywhere , this counters the slower speed of drinking the flask.
Light plays a bigger part, you may need a torch in certain areas to see, you get those at bonfires but it goes in place of your shield. I was summoned but I couldn’t summon anyone, it would always say the sign was used which is BS cause I saw some being placed By ghosts.
The one boss I beat the skeleton lord was insanely easy. I beat him with a tiny bit of health, the red enemies in the beta were much harder.
So today I arrived at San Francisco and met up with a friend who works at Gamespot and he took me on a tour of Gamespot.
A whole floor holds all the game website crew. The desks are spread out acorss the different rooms. GS crew is in the middle and has the most space. There are games on racks all over, games from every era. The office was totally empty except for Carolyn who was working on some review, so I got to met her. The Giant Bomb offices had way more personality and was a bit more erractic which fits their style perfectly. They have some arcade machines around, loads of servers and plenty of studio space for webshows. My friend gave me a bunch of swag that they had lying around. I got Witcher 1 and 2 for PC, got the Mass Effect trilogy for 360, some bluetooth headsets, a zombi U backback and some more stuff. It seemed like a really great place to work.
Awesome!
If you can avoid all the toothless hicks, there is a fair amount of good French vagina.
Dvader did you go on a magnificent rant about how GS sucks and how they destroyed the forums?
Just so everyone knows... I did not win.
Very cool Vader. If you want to go visit the EA Sports studio in Orlando I can make that happen too. And you get free pictures of John Madden... and coffee... so they got that.
Strider's revival could be the classic's best sequel yet
They've got a pretty long video of gameplay embedded in this article, and after watching it I'm pretty sure I hate everything about this game. That's probably too strong of a term, but there's not interesting about the new Strider at all. It just screams "generic action game." Looking back on it I suppose it always was, but it had a really remarkable setting and soundtrack for the time. Fastforward 25 years and simply updating that stuff just doesn't cut it.
WTH? Sonic Lost World is out this week in Europe?
I thought it was a Dec release? No reviews yet.
Wow Europe beats us again. Its coming out the final week of October here.
Yes Raven I have read a lot of Stephen King and Maine does sound great.
Mmmmm. French vagina. Delicious.
Happy *official* Thanksgiving. Baby seals for everyone.
