OK, I officially made Smough and Ornstein my bitches. In the end I was so well prepared for this that I wasn't even in danger. I probably took the fun out of it. Didn't even have to use the estus flask once. Didn't even lose the knight Astora. Didn't even use all of my pyromancy casts. I regret not killing Smough first in order to get the ring as well, but I didn't expect it would be as straight forward as it was.
These are the bosses that made me quite on every previous playthrough... I am now breaking new ground. I feel like invading Lautrec's world and making that cunt pay for killing the mute flame keeper. Yeahhh

Nah you can keep trying. The orb stays with you. You also don't lose humanity/souls if you fail, if I recall correctly.
I killed him quite easily but only managed to do one of his sidekicks before I was warped back out of that world. Hope I didn't lose anything significant. Now I will try to do the boss upstairs. Is that when I get the lordvessel?
Hmmm got confused. Gwynevere just gave me the lordvessel. Where is the other boss I have to fight here? Maybe I'll have some fun warping between bonfires in the meantime. This is so awesome!

Yes, I looked it up. There is a ring to be found in the Catacombs. I'm thinking that's where I should head next even though it's another scary place I don't have very fond memories of. Need to find me a good mace or club to bash some skellies

Catacombs? I thought you'd be going to Darkroot and then New Londo.
I don't know which is the best way to go about this. It's new ground to me. Yeah I will probably go to the forest to deal with the little pup there and get the ring, but I'm too nervous about New Londo - those ghosts scare the shit out of me. Think I will go play with the skellies a bit and explore the catacombs but I probably won't dig down all the way to Neto yet. Don't know which of the vessel bosses I should take on first.

Darkroot Garden is nice and you shouldn't have much trouble by now. Darkroot basin also has some nice stuff and the hydra. Then New Londo, just carry a bunch of transient curses or whatever they're called in english. Ghosts aren't the issue here, it's the darkwraiths. And the masses of souls too, but those are just a few.
I just made a Dark souls thread, lets put it in there guys.
I'd killed the Hydra and Hovel and fooled about a bit from before. Sif has now also been dealt with quite easily. I will probably lay off it until the weekend. I'll have this to look forward to.
Why what else do people talk about here

That letter from Anthony Hopkins is so crazy. I dont know about the greatest acting ever but Bryan Cranston is now a lengend cause of his role as White. Without him that show does not work.
BTW I would watch Hopkins watching Breaking Bad.
