When its $20.
My next patient's name is Zelda Mac, two NES character names in one name!
I pre-ordered it. Just game, couldn't find the version with the figurine on the website I shop from. Don't know when I'll get to play it but I'm pretty sure I want it and something tells me boxed versions of the game will be very hard to come by a couple of months down the line (just try finding Fire Emblem or Ocarina 3D). By the way this was close to 50 euro. I think that's the most I've ever paid for a game by some margin.

This bugs me beyond reason. How in the name of Yamauchi's eternal spirit can a remake be more expensive then a game like Pikmin 3? It's pure greed I tell you. Also, I'm even thinking of just keeping the limited edition boxed. One of these could fetch a nice price in a couple of years.
I forgot to mention this earlier today, but while I was at Target this afternoon I got to try out a 2DS. I ran into the local Nintendo representative lady and she remembered me from the Pikmin demo at Gamestop a few months back, so she showed me the 2DS even though it wasn't ready for display. It definitely has a Fisher Price look, but it's actually not a bad little device. Much smaller than I thought it would be. And despite being completely flat it didn't feel uncomfortable at all. It's very well balanced. Far better than the original GBA ever was. If anything I almost got an original Gameboy vibe from it. Anyway it's a nice little system. Not really for me, but the target market is going to eat this up.

Me.
Yeah, Pikmin 3 pre-order was about 36 euro. Windwaker pre-order 50 euro. It doesn't make sense. GTAV is about 52-53 euro and it has a budget of a different order of magnitude.

Vader. You're ass.
Goddammit, I should have known better...
On the end stretch of Crysis 2, starting to drag a bit.
You know what would be even better than Sonic influenced by Super Mario Galaxy?
Sonic influenced by Phantasy Zone.
Apple gave us a truckload of money to delay the Android PvZ2
Given Apple's recently come-to-light history of price fixing and the like, this wouldn't surprise me one tiny bit.
Well now, lets not overexagerate. I remember back in the days of the N64, about €60 was considered to be the standard pricing for games. Conkers BFD set me back little under €100. THAT was my most expensive games software purchase, but it was so worth it.
I couldn't afford games back in the day. I bought a second hand gameboy from another kid which I paid for by installments using whatever little pocket money I could save. Back then I could only play console games at some friends I had whose families were more well-off. It wasn't until I was making my own money many years later that I could afford consoles. By then even new games were cheaper, but I've always been a hobo gamer at heart

Bugs, doesn't game.co.uk ship to europe?
Are you referring to the Zelda coupon? I looked into it and deemed it too much of a hasstle to save a few euro's.
Yeah, likewise. I dislike GAME. Everything is overpriced and they gut all the games (and I'm sure the employees try them out and then sell them as new). Zavvi is essentially free postage, that always makes it a better deal even though i'm pissed off at them too.
