Do you get paid?
I just played through Rayman Legends PS3 demo. Very awesome! I had feared that the touchscreen levels wouldn't work well on PS3, but they work just fine. Can't wait to play the full game. But what were they thinking releasing it on the same day as Diablo 3? *facepalm*
What Raven said.MS has moved its divisions around too, so the division that Xbox was in was also the divsion that had Zune in it. So it's hard to tell specifically where the money goes and comes from.
Xbox is not going anywhere regardless of what some investors may want, it is a great brand for MS, a gateway to the consumer entertainment market and a cornerstone of their physical retail outlet initiative.
How do they work?
I should probbaly give Origins another try on the 3DS.
You control Rayman like normal, but Murphy automatically moves around to things that can be interacted with, and you can hit the "O" button to make him do the needed action instead of using a finger on a touchscreen like cutting a rope or moving a platform. That may sound odd, but it works.
Foolz, Your God, Ian Bogost agrees with me on Papers, Please:
@gameunderphil yes, it's great.
I just joined n4g.com to promote the game under podcast. It is awesome. Everyone there is a total c-word (edited for North America). Absolutely amazing (and fun to play batting practice on them).
Tried playing Witcher 2 on PC again. Holy Shit. What is up with the flipbook framerate? Unplayable.
Antichamber has no controller support, papo y yo is not my speed. My indy romance has come to and end. Time to read a book.
Ian Bogost is a glorified objectum-sexual, so it's not suprise that he enjoys the "tactile" interface.
Also, finish Papers, Please properly. It will be embarassing for the both of us if I achieve this first.
I will. And it will be glorious.
You really need a powerful PC to play this game smoothly. You could say it was the 1st next-generation game honestly.
Played a couple of hours of Crysis 2, the story is lost on me, Helghast like enemies are shooting at me cause they think I'm infected. Graphics are really great. I know the hardcore PC guys shit on the console versions but to me it's great. Runs really smoothly too with only a few minor dips so far. Very pleasing, if 360 runs this well it makes me fairly confident about how U runs CE3 and how it'll run the new Cryengine. Some of the textures are pretty low res compared to NFS U though.
As for the game itself it feels like Black and thats a fairly old mundane design by modern standards. Enemies can spot and shoot you from miles away, while you struggle to see them unless marked with the visor. So the game gives you a couple of cheat buttons, the shield and cloak so you can rush in closer. Controls are (really) good by dual analogue standards but shitty compared to decent IR. Love the leaning and popping out of cover. The levels are kind of boxy and small, they artificially box you in small street areas and honestly it feels like the not-so-great Wii game - The Conduit in HD alot of the time. Better obviously but not hugely so.
Speaking of The Conduit, still awaiting your answer on how 2 fares with Motions Plus.
